The boiler pump has gone after only 18 months contacted Biasi only to be told not interested. Looking at other people's experience of this company it seems to be a common problem. Consumer service is none existing. The contact telephone numbers just ring out and no one answered after multiple attempts to speak to them. I had to contact the firm I bought the boiler through to get a number someone would answer. Avoid at all costs believe you me you buy cheap you will buy twice.

Worst experience I’ve had in the past 4years . That large sticker that says 5year warranty has been a constant speed dial as something or the other goes wrong. They had 1 local engineer who then retired and in mid winter they were prepared to make me wait for a week to get an engineer and so ended up paying more to British Gas. Today is the epitomy of disgusting customer service. Fault on my boiler & asking me to get an engineer at my expense… Oh and when the engineer turns up, should call them?????? Looking to replace this excuse for a service Appalled

Your message that the call would be answered in approximately 5 minutes was worse than not having a message at all. I abandoned my first, earlier call after 25 minutes of listening to the "in 5 minutes" message. However, the second call 'only' took 15 minutes of your inane message. The service is BADLY let down by this erroneous and plainly false assurance.

Speedy, polite and efficient response when serial number missing from commissioning checklist. Registered water heater although the 30 day period had been exceeded.

I have always used Biasi boilers in my property's for the last 20 years or so and can honestly say they are very good

Had a fault with my parents combi boiler (Riva Plus HE 28C ERP) where there was hot water but no central heating. Classic Diverter valve failure. The guy on technical support was the most unhelpful person I've ever dealt with. He just couldn't be bothered to assist because I was a domestic customer and kept pointing me to a boiler engineer. Replaced the diverter valve motor this afternoon and the boiler is now working perfectly.

I WOULDN'T EXPECT ANY HELP FROM BIASI IF YOU ARE A DOMESTIC CUSTOMER............
