The Heat Pump Warehouse have been great to deal with. Super easy to get hold of, quick with prices, and everything turns up when it’s supposed to. Both Lexie and Grace are a credit.

As others have said AVOID AVOID AVOID. You have to devote your whole life to delivery. Two full days to 'deliver'. THEY chose the day, then, no tracking, sent a 140kg item in a tiny van with no tail lift 3 hours outside delivery window (which I had to beg for). No way to unload so it had to go back. Next day 'def before 10.30', no tracking, told midday DEFINITELY not coming today. Series of excuses - lorry broke down/run out of capacity/driver off sick. Then it arrived very end of day, my paid help just driving off stopped and assisted delivery. TWO minues later it would have had to go back as no one to sign. Saved them a fortune. Asked for a tiny amount of compensation to be told return it at your own expense (140kg) AND pay a restocking fee (ILLEGAL). They're not even competitvely priced. So do yourself a favour, shop anywhere but here.

Really happy with The Heat Pump Warehouse. I had a design calculation done for my property and they quoted me for a Samsung heat pump and Joule kit. The whole process was really easy and straightforward.

They were really helpful and quick to get everything sorted. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking at getting a heat pump.

Ordered and paid in full for a heat pump that i was told was in stock, nearly three weeks now and they now have stopped communicating

Misrepresenting items as in stock that they have no possession of. When challenged and asked for a refund they assured me they had stock and quoted 4-7 days. A week later they admitted they never had the stock and that I’d have to wait 4-6 weeks for the items to arrive from Holland. Yet tonight they are still advertising the items as stock for delivery and are still holding onto my money.

Purchased a cylinder online as it was showing in stock for nearly £1200, paid by direct debit. First i get an email saying they will progress this order once the funds have cleared, the money had gone from my account. After 10 days i chased them to find out when delivery would be and was palmed off that they will get back to me shortly. Another couple of days past and i spoke to them again and was told the manufacturer didn't have them in stock, they offered me a cheaper equivalent product. But it was not what i wanted so i asked for a refund. Refund was agreed and according to there online conditions this could take 7-10 days to arrive in my account. 30 days later still no refund. Spoke with the same very nice lady (Grace) who said it had been authorized and she would make a call now to get me a refund today. Rang back 2-3-4 hours later but my call always went to "everyone is busy". These sort of company's should be fined for taking money for goods which they have not got, its a form of fraud in my eyes. I had to ask my Bank to help try and get the refund, still waiting. Simply AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Bad company, bad people, bad experience.

Ordered a sunamp thermino which was delivered very fast. I had a few questions about my order and needed to add on a couple of extra things, Tia was super helpful! Only thing to note was I thought offloading assistance would mean I got help bringing the product to the door but it apparently just meant getting it off the van to the roadside which was a struggle as the product is so heavy.
