Boilers are not fit for purpose

Absolutely terrible company there service is horrendous. If you require any tech advice then forget it. I was on hold for around 3-4 hours and still nobody picked up, called another line and asked for technical then was advised everyone is on the phone. Load of rubbish. Do not touch this company

Nice polite lady and helpfull

Avoid Biasi, On hold for technical help for 2 hours, had a woman answer after first hour to say I will put you through to the department, then she hung up on me. The second time she answered, she started saying the same thing, I said hold on a min, you have previously said this, she then cut me off. Do not fit these boilers because you will not get technical help if anything goes wrong

I installed a biasi Combi which had a fault with hot water.I contacted biasi call center the people at call center were brilliant to deal with they sent a gas engineer out (mark Lewis) I can't recommend this company enough.the experience was brilliant from start to finish.

A combo boiler at a price people can actually afford. My last boiler was a Biasi and had been going strong for over 20 years. I must say though actually registering the new boiler was a nightmare, the web site was down and still is, no one was answering the service no which I listened to music on for hours, I ended doing it through the technical dept. That side is not good enough

Tried to register boiler, which was purchased from a local retailer, but we were told it can't be registered, as it was purchased from an Online retailer some 2 year before. Needless to say this was distressing as we had purchased it from a local retailer and we had the receipt to prove it. The gas safe engineer who fitted the boiler was told the same thing. It took us several stressful weeks going back and forth to the retailer to sort out. Very upsetting to be accused of buying online when we purchased it from a local retailer. Wanted to give zero stars but because they finally agreed we've given 2 stars.

Been using biasi for more than 20years now on all my new build and all my rentals.would recommend to anyone. Interestingly my regular gas fitters always decry biasi as being cheap crap but now they are impressed.

Customer Service was great and was able to assist, with finding Installer details, as his writing was eligible.

Very impressed with Biasi 30kw boiler.i have 3 of them(2 rentals).
Does exactly what it says on the tin..plus a superb Plymouth engineer/ agent Matt Hodge 👍

I have not fit biasi products for over 20 years
Needed to fit a water heater and needed some information
Their website wasn't working correctly and didn't have the info i wanted, so i tried calling.
What an absolute joke of a set up trying to get in touch with someone.
So glad i didn't bother with their products
