I am a homeowner with a boiler and have just called the Biasi technical team and spoken Rav regarding a fault on my boiler. Rav went above and beyond to help me fix the problem, he was so so patient, so kind and took plenty of time to explain everything to me clearly and thoroughly. He honestly was an angel. He gave me the confidence to fix my own boiler and save a fortune! Now I have central heating and know what will need replacing in the future. Without that knowledge I would have spent a small fortune! Rav deserves a bonus and a pay rise. I am so so grateful! Thank you so much Rav!

Had a problem with my boiler, Nicky from Biasi Walsall talked me through a boiler reset. Very polite and helpful lady, really happy. Thanks a million Nicky.

Very curtious explained everything before commencing work and cleaned up after themselves came back to check and make sure everything was working fine and answered all our questions good work very pleased 😀

great communication

The customer service when making a warranty claim is very poor. They will look for any excuse to not honor the claim.I will never purchase a Biasi boiler again as build quality is substandard and the 5 year warranty useless.

Very helpful customer service- the portal was down so I couldn’t register my boiler warranty. Email response super quick and helpful
Boiler seems to be working ok but can’t judge as it’s August and I don’t need to heat the house yet. Very efficient for water heating

I had very good experience and great company and very helpful staff and it is much much better customer and improved boilers everything internally and much much easy to be used. I'm happy with everything as improved and development just great.

Everything thing gone smooth

Phone keep ringing no body bother to respond after 20 min answer by women very good manners but cant register the boiler on line as she said from last one year website is down in regarding new boiler registration in the end it was register but not happy over all third grade service compare to other U.K brands.

The app didn't work and the Web site didn't work to register the boiler for the warranty but the customer Service were excellent told me exactly what they needed to register it and were very helpful
