New boiler. pressure drops and turns itself off or no hot water. Been going on for 2 years. Now buzzes and resonates through entire house. Keeps us awake. Engineers take WEEKS to make contact if they do atall!! Customer service arrogant, rude & dismissive. Absolutely shocking. Should be ashamed. Disgusted.

Had my boiler for four years now. Every year I have had a problem with it. New error code everytime. The company do not fix it fully always come and do a temporary job. The customer service is appalling especially when you ring constantly for technical problems. A lady named Nikki(as she mentions) showed rude behaviour when asked that my boiler cannot have debris after an engineer came out a week ago stating the water is so clean and can be drunk. The colleague Nikki often blames debris and states it cannot be covered under the guarantee.

This boiler is a massive improvement on my previous boiler which wasn’t very old but had to be replaced. House warms up quickly and hot water is amazing, all this at a reasonable cost

It’s just over 5 year and warranty ran out . Despite regular service we have spent 100s of quids every year on this boiler .
This year it was giving the po sign and we called the plumber who fixed it but the sign appeared again
He called the company and they said pump needs changing
We have spent over 600 pounds this year and the problem is still there
Rubbish boilers and total waste of money on top of extra spending every year to keep it working

Keep having problems with this boiler, errors flashing all the time. Even though its under guarantee apparently they don't cover half of the things wrong with the boiler. I've warned all friends and family to never go for Biasi! I'm changing my boiler after only 2years I just can't deal with it anymore 😡

NEVER BUY A BIASSI BOILER I have had no heating or hot water for two weeks just been informed the engineer will be here sometime next week, this is the most disgusting service ever,the boiler has broken down every winter and it’s always a week at least before the engineer turns up

Bought and installed circa six years ago. The front case panel is dented, our fault but this part is no longer available and fails the gas safety requirement as we rent the house out. Due to the part being obsolete it means the boiler is scrap and needs replacing £2000. My advice is buy a more well known manufacturer!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would

I have had a brand new boiler installed which isn’t working. They seem to believe the gas valve or pcb is faulty. I have been without heating now with a 3 month old baby for 5 days because of their incompetence and inability to treat their customers with any urgency. They cannot get an engineer to me for 2-3weeks, my own engineer has offered to replace the parts on the brand new boiler if they send them out to expediate it. They could not even send the parts next day pre10am to assist, another day with no heating.

This is a company with a historically poor reputation that is attempting to salvage it but are failing miserably.

Avoid at all costs!!

Called up for help with setting the timing on our boiler. Spoke to Bobby who was very knowledgable and patient when explaining the set up. Issue all sorted in no time! Great service.

Credit where it's due!

Just thought I would express my thanks for a speedy replacement of the expansion vessel. Phoned first thing, completed by 11-30. Brilliant, OK so the engineer had a cancellation but it's still very good service. Also what a personable guy the engineer was, a chap called Mark, I wish all people providing similar services were as pleasant, it would make a difference.

Rav the trainer was excellent, far much better than all other manufactures full of knowledge and as for the boilers so impressed with the new boiler cant wait to fit one. only thing i will say is no live boilers on show as yet, boiler design simple and very easy to replace all parts in minutes, one pipe heat exchanger with large ports basically great move in modification to new boiler and good guarantees training centre very good., Gary Edwards (Engineer 505093)
