I bought a second hand travel system so needed to buy a specific car seat to match it.
Mothercare here in Jersey told me it was out of stock (it was in stock online), that it would be 30% more than the online price and that they couldn't guarantee when it would arrive.
I then found it on kiddiecare but, despite advertising delivery to the channel islands, wouldn't deliver here.
I did a google shopping search and found this site. I was a bit nervous as I'd never heard of them but the price was excellent and they offered delivery to the channel island . It arrived in three days, in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier

I received all items three days late, when it should have arrived next day. The items themselves were great value for money, cannot fault them apart from the dodgy box one came in, looked like it had been battered to pieces but at least my items were not damaged unlike the box!

While I have only just placed my order, the level of customer care I have received has been exceptional, with every detailed email I have sent being responded to promptly and accurately. Far superior to all the other providers I have had contact with. Add to that the very competitive prices and why would you go elsewhere?! Fingers crossed for delivery - I will update!

As Argos had run out of the trampolines they were advertising at half price I decided to look elsewhere and saw the same model at Bambino Direct for the same price without the Argos half price gimmicks.
Order it and it arrived a few days later, it weighs a great deal but the postage was only a fiver, which it woudl have cost me to collect it from Argos, plus the hassle of loading it up and getting it out the other end.
Really pleased and woudl reccommend Bambino Direct to anyone looking for a similar product at a good price with a great service and delivery experience.

Didn't know about Bombino earlier. Was looking for this Trampoline in Argos (on Half price offer) but all stores were out-of stock. So did Google on the 10ft Trampoline (with brand name) and saw the Bombino link. When visited site just thanked starts as I got it for better than half price. The trampoline was in stock and they delivered it free (even better). Even the free delivery was done within 3 days, what else do you want from an on-line retailer?
Just amazing...!
Now, I will always look for an item at Bombino first, if they don't sell it, I'll look for other stores.

Bambino direct offered the most competitive price on the Maclaren Techno XT pushchair and it was easy to order online and delivery was very fast. Very happy and will definitely use again and recommend!

We were so pleased with the quality of the cot bed and the friendly and thorough service after an appalling experience with another online cot retailer involving multiple returns, broken promises and eventually a refund. We really didn't anticipate the quality being so good and are absolutely delighted with every aspect of our experience with Bambino Direct.

Ordered a pushchair for my grandaughter. Easy to order online and delivery was fast. Very happy with the pushchair for the price. I also ordered a parasol which came with the pram. Easy to put the wheels on and has many safety features. Hopefully my grandaughter will enjoy her shopping trips with Granny!!!!!

I was searching the net and shops for a new (fixed) car seat for my son who is now 8 Months old and growing out of his M&P Aton, I chose this car seat as every review i read stated it was easy to use and had excellent safety features, this car seat is priced at £250 in mothercare and Bambino Direct was £100 cheaper total bargain !

My son loves his new car seat it seems very comfortable for him, has great recline positions and is very easy to take my son out with the rotating seat.

I would definitely buy from Bambino direct again delivery was fast and communications were excellent.

ordered twin buggy for my son he was able to track this easy with the email received and so was able to be available for delivery ... promised delivery within date and this met our expectation....... Product very good and very easy to put up Price was extremely good too well done . Banbino Direct.

Really pleased with car seat and the very quick delivery. One snag was that the fitting instructions had to be accessed via a smart phone...had to wait until someone who owned a smart phone came to visit!

Wow, what can I say, after an awful experience with another company, Bambino Direct went over and above in helping me. I recieved a 'new' Hauck Condor AIO Travel System from another company in a 'beat up box', scratched, marked, dirty and not double sealed in internal plastic bags, the other company would only collect the damaged parcel after I had sent extensive photographic evidence, not easy to do with a toddler running around and being over 8 months pregnant - and unless I agreed to letting them replace it (which I was unwilling to do as they were so rude to me) they would charge me £25.00 for collection. On phoning Bambino Direct I explained my situation and asked if they could help in price matching. The manager offered to sell me the newer Hauck Condor AIO (The Caviar) for the same price as the other companies lesser model (The Charcoal) and would even beat the price by £10.00 to go some way in helping me recover my collection costs. What a gesture!! Needless to say, the Hauck Caviar arrived within 2 days in immaculate condition, all internally sealed, mattress hygiene sealed etc. and I couldn't be happier. The customer services was excellent, L.Tr. personally emailing me to reassure me that my order had been placed and that if I had any concerns I was to be straight back in touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Bambino Direct to any of my friends anticipating they would experience the very same excellent service. Just what I needed to restore my faith in online / over the phone distance selling. A very happy, heavily pregnant Mum, now ready to wheel baby around in such a trendy buggy! *****

ordered a beautiful 4 poster bed for my grandaughters 1st birthday...
i had ordered one from ebay and had a nightmare where they sent wrong bad and was damaged so chose to go tho a comany that seemed to have good reviews.Ordered the bed on 15th may i knew i wouldn`t be sent til beginning of june but didn`t mind as it was worth the wait i thought,and thought by then my grandaughter would be more ready for bed then.she started walking before her first birthday so this bed was a great idea..i thought..i had to cantact them at beging of june as id had no word just a email at time saying thanks for your order.
i was told it wasnt in stock yet and hopefully the delivery date would be 14th june.
and just befor 14th it was changed to 21st. yeeeh i thought.. was i so wrong.. half the bed turned up.. so staight away i phoned customer services that said they would phone couriers and find out what had happened and call me back that day...and here it starts.. call me back lol lol so emailed and oooo guess what i get same reply... so sorry for the inconvienance blaaaaaaaaah blaaaaah oh investigations so on so on.. its me that has to call and email coz if i didn`t they wouldn`t even bother...3 weeks later still wating and the manager was dealing with it hahaha this place a joke or is it me they think is a the joke..not sure.. its not my fault the parcel was lost but they took my money fast enought i should expect that they sort this fast enought.. they are so in breach of the contract of sale (30 days) what boiled me is that they selling the bed on line for delivery with in 2 days... so not like they have non in stock..so why should i be the one chasing them.
Called them again yesterday and was told manager was on the case..and as i was complaining the girl said oh wait we`ve just had it confirmed just now that the pacel was lost so they can now release the missing parcel..she would get manager to call me back to comfirm and if not them she would.. now this time was the only time i did get a call back.. not from manager..to busy.. but from same girl who said she could totally understand and she`d be annoyed if she`d had this trouble.. but rest assured the bed was getting put out for delivery and the soonest i should have it would be wed the 3rd july.. i would recieve a email TODAY tuesday the 2nd of july with a tracking number..and here is why i an typing this... no email no nothing.. now i will be shocked if bed turns up tomorrow.. but wont take anything back that im saying..sort of compensation for all the trouble your company has put me tho i will never buy from you again or recommend you EVER..and also like i said on my emails.. my grandaughter is climbing out of her cot as she NEEDS A TODDLER BED... i will hold you respossible if she hurts herself..i REALLY HOPE THE BED COMES TOMORROW... this whole experience has caused me a lot of heartache i just wanted to see my grand babbys face when she saw a 4post bed..at this rate she`l be 2 before she gets it>>>>GOT THE HINT YET.. I shopped around for a maxi cosi axiss. i found this site through google. it was the best price however the car seat was showing as being out of stock but available to pre-order. i've never seen this on other websites and was abit dubious of paying for an item with no specific details of when it was likely to be delivered. i did not worry about this. i received and sent emails which were answered quickly and efficiently. the car seat was sent within a week. upon receiving the despatch email, delivery was next day. i would definately buy from here again. professional efficient , timely & best price !

After searching for some time for a discontinued item for my pram this was the only company that still had stock. Competitive prices, great customer service and the item came the next day even though I opted for 3-5 day delivery :) Would recommend and will be returning

I had a very bad experience ordering with another online retailer so I was over the moon with Bambino Direct's speedy delivery and excellent value for money. I bought a pushchair for £38 when the cheapest I could find it anywhere else was £47 and from Bambino Direct it had the added bonus of a free footmuff! I cannot fault them and would definitely order future items from Bambino Direct rather than anywhere else. Thank you!

Found this site through Google looking for an Obaby Sprung Mattress. All other sites asking for at least £70 for this particular mattress but found it on Bambino direct for £53.99 with delivery!!
Fast easy checkout process and received a text to tell me what day my mattress would be delivered between 8am-6pm. As I was not in all day I left I message in my window to leave with a neighbour and this is what they did (as some places ignore messages)
Smooth easy process all done within 48 hours!
Will definitely recommend and use again :)
