I have been searching through silvercross suppliers online for nursery bedding and accessories. It was difficult to find companies to provide prices etc easily.
Bambino Direct gave a very personal service and promptly supplied me with quotes for the 8 items I wished to purchase from them.
The sales agent I dealt with offered brilliant service and answered any queries, called me as soon as I requested and delivered over and above the customer service required.
I will shop with Bambino Direct in future and highly recommend others to do so too.

I was contacted straight away by phone when they had a query about my address but missed the call- they emailed straight away to tell me why they were calling and from what number s I
wasn't left wondering who was tryin to
call, which I found really useful, friendly and
efficient...lovely speaking to their advisors and they were kind enough to leave the cot with my neighbour to save me a redelivery charge- and rang me to
check that it was ok! Cot came within 2 days, very speedy.
The only thing that I could fault Bambino Direct for is that I found that the website was not as easy or fun to navigate as some other sites, but didn't affect how happy I was as a customer with them!

Just recieved our Cosatto Treet, first seen this in Toys R Us and liked it straight away. Not one for buying things when I see them went home and done some research and came across Bambino Direct... Glad I did too worked out better value for money!! Ordered it straight away and was delivered within 2 days...
Had a text informing me of delivery day then on delivery day another text with allocated delivery slot and came on time no waiting around...Thanks very much.... There is also options on the delivery text to either deliver to neighbour or amend delivery day if the one given isn't convienient.

Ordered late Monday night. Due to technology received 8 confirmation emails and 2 payment issue emails. Called the company Tuesday morning and spoke to very helpful lady who assured me the payment had all gone through and the pushchair order was been processed!

Wednesday I received an email to say the pushchair was ready for collection!!!

On collecting the pushchair the man on customer services was pleasant and helpful! He even carried the chair to the car for me!
After getting the chair home and opening it the quality is brilliant and the price we paid was also brilliant!

I am over the moon with the product and Bambino Direct! I have already recommended them to my brother who is also looking to buy a pushchair for his baby!

After a lot of hassle from a large supermarket chain I googled the item I was after and came across bambino direct. I have to admit that I hadn't heard of them, but the item I wanted was a very reasonable price so I thought I'd give them a shot! I was not disappointed, ordering online was really simple, I got regular email updates about the progress of my order, including tracking details so I could work out when it was likely to arrive. Considering the estimated delivery time for free standard delivery was 3-5 days it was fantastic that my item arrived in two! Very very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again and recommend to all my mummy friends!

I'm from overseas. Bambino Direct does not ship to my country directly, which is a shame because otherwise it is an excellent shop! Shipping is fast, prices are reasonable. And support staff is amazing. It can be reached through telephone, email and live chat. I used live chat, and it was always very professional and quick response. I highly recommend Bambino Direct :)

Delivery the product on time. I bought bebePOD infant seat, it doing great now. My daugther loving it (well sometime she get bored). Helping us keep her still while eating and weaning.

Dealt with Bambino on line, placed order and was pleased with how easy the site was to use. Deliver was very quick, within 3 days, would recommend this site to anybody who asks me.

I bought the Red Kite baby go round walker which was excellent value. My granddaughter loves it. Lots of activities and bright colours to keep her occupied for ages. The site was easy to navigate and ordering just as easy. Good communication by e-mail to keep me up to date with dispatch and when I would receive it. I couldn't believe how quick the delivery was. It was the quickest from anywhere, which surprised me as it was free. I would definitely recommend this company and will be visiting their site again, when my granddaughter needs something..

I ordered a Phil & Teds travel cot which was dispatched quickly and arrived the following day. A minor issue with the cot was quickly rectified by the customer service team. Great customer service and a happy customer.

Thank you for the travel cot it is A1. The little "treasure" slept right through the night.The quality of the item is top drawer(as was his previous resting place.) Delivery was spot on as promised so we give it five. Nan & grumpy gramps.
