Dont Bother!
Shocking customer service. Placed an order that never arrived and im having emails ignored when I request tracking for the order.
They originally replied to emails until I ask for tracking. Then 3 emails sent and all have been ignored.

Definitely would repurchase

I made a purchase with relievoo, at first I was very apprehensive after reading the trust pilot reviews and my package kept being delayed. However once it arrived I have been pleasantly surprised as I am currently struggling to increase my breast milk supply and these pumps have been able to do just that. This means I am able to store my milk for future instead of it just being on demand as my baby struggles to latch. I would recommend anyone to buy these pumps.

You are better off buying on SHEIN or Temu. Same quality

Hands down the worst company I’ve dealt with

Hands down the worst company I’ve dealt with.

I emailed customer service to ask for a refund or partial refund as the product I purchased, the double pump, wasn’t as described on their advert, I.e discreet and long lasting battery. I got only 3 15 min pumps out of each charge and the sound was extremely loud, I had to turn the TV right up just to mask over the sound when we had people over. Made me feel embarrassed so I went and got myself a momcozy m5 instead, which is great and does exactly what they advertise.

After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth (proof can be presented!) relievoo said they would send replacement motors to fix the issue, until I said it was both motors to which they said I was using it incorrectly and needed to adjust the flange size.. which I had already done and told them so they didn’t listen. Since then I sent multiple emails chasing them for an outcome and a refund and they ended up blocking me, even from social media weirdly?

I have since gone to trading standards who are dealing with it accordingly. It’s a shame they didn’t just rectify with me from the start really! Instead I got ignored and blocked when they realised it would cost them £80.

All of this whilst under 6 weeks post partum was very stressful to say the least!

I don’t expect a response from them, they don’t reply to negative reviews, they remove any comments from their online media (take a look.. no comments as they remove them and block) and no email response from ‘customer service’
Appalling company. Absolutely appalling and people should avoid at all costs.

Edit: I have evidence to show that they did infact block me, remove a comment and that my emails bounced back. Not only do they not provide customer service, they lie.
They have only responded to this one negative review because I mentioned the involvement from trading standards. Such a shame. There will be no resolution from relievoo that will benefit myself at all and they won’t contact me back.
Don’t believe the response. They don’t allow people to negatively review and they tried to have my review blocked before their reply.

In your case, our team first proposed replacement motors because the performance you described is not normal and can sometimes indicate a technical issue. When we later discussed flange sizing, it was only to make sure all possible causes were checked, as incorrect sizing can strongly affect suction, comfort, and battery performance.

We sincerely apologize if you felt unheard during this process — this was never our intention.

Regarding your concerns about discretion and battery life, thousands of mothers use our pumps daily with positive results, but we understand that every pumping journey is different and that one product may not suit everyone’s personal needs.

We also want to clarify that we do not block customers to avoid refunds or complaints. If there was any issue with communication, this may have been due to a misunderstanding or moderation process, and we are sorry if this caused frustration.

As stated in our return policy, products can be returned if they have not been used with breast milk for hygiene reasons. However, when a technical issue is identified, our goal is always to offer a fair solution first.

Placed my order over 4 weeks ago

Placed my order over 4 weeks ago. Communication started off ok with the support team, where they informed me my order would definitely be with me by the end of the week (that was 2 weeks ago). From then on, they never replied to any of my emails yet have the cheek to email me saying ‘please rate your order 1-5’. Save your money and shop elsewhere!!!! Such a shame

Omg the pump is so amazing… it was on sale when i purchased it … the pump has proper strong suction… and feels so expensive … works absolutely like the medela pump , even better i would say… n u cant even see through clothes while its on… so quite … love the product … super super happy

Awful.

I purchased 2 pumps from this company, on the premise that they are discrete and quiet however there is nothing quiet about them. We have to turn the volume up on the TV if watching to mask the loudness of the pump and to hear the program! This is the same for both pumps so unlikely a broken motor, more like a rubbish one that has been poorly advertised.
This company sell a product based on facts that aren’t true.

The customer service.. is non existent. I had communication for the first 2 weeks when they thought they could just send a new motor out and that would fix it, until I said it was the same for both pumps and that I wanted a refund instead, to which they must have decided they couldn’t be bothered to deal with me anymore so 2 weeks more have gone by and I have been ignored the entire time, this includes Instagram messenger, Facebook messenger and regular emails.

Shocking experience with this company, wasted money and time. This product is not worth the stress and is clearly not what they advertise.

I have a log of all communication to back up my review and the pumps I have sent videos of as proof.

I would strongly advise staying away…

I would strongly advise staying away from this company. I purchased a wearable breast pump that was advertised with a lifetime warranty and free returns, however after only around 6 months of use the product became faulty. I then purchased a second unit myself (before even requesting a replacement, as I needed another at the time), and that has also failed.

I have contacted the company multiple times (Sept 2025, Oct 2025, Dec 2025, and March 2026) and have been completely ignored. I was also asked to pay shipping for a warranty claim, which contradicts their own policy. For a brand that claims to support mums, there has been zero support, zero accountability, and no care once the sale is made. Extremely disappointing experience.

AVOID!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!! Ordered the breast pump which took over 13 days to arrive which is much longer then the 5 advertised. Emailed them to cancel it several times but no response. I now have a breast pump I no longer need and cannot return it and no response to my emails. I will be looking at claiming the money back from my credit card.

Terrible company and no customer…

Terrible company and no customer service.

Reached out for support- pump was leaking and painful. Told I couldn't return it even though it was faulty and leaking. They told me they would send different flange sizes. Never arrived. I have been emailing for months and no reply. I was left without a working pump and unable to feed baby in the way I wanted. Totally disempowering. I still to this day almost 6 months later have not received a reply.

I bought this pump and I am completely…

I bought this pump and I am completely not satisfied with it. The delivery took 10 working days which was apainful time, I am a mum at the age of 44 where day counts,I didn't get right suction on time ending up buying formula milk for my baby, useless delivery service and pump itself.
I want return its not even 30 days not getting reply for refund process. Totaly scrap. I can't tell my feeling feeding my baby ready made milk. So my true opinion is not to buy relivoo products again.

Relievoo is the best

Relievoo is the best. The customer service answers very quickly, and the product quality is excellent.
Delivery was fast, in less than 3 days.
I tested the breast pump as soon as I received it, and I was really surprised by the amount of milk I got. It’s truly revolutionary, and the price is very competitive.
