I should've read the reviews on here first. Stumbled across relievoo because of the breast pumps. Payment via PayPal.
Never received tracking even after attempts of emailing. It took them a week to reply to me with a tracking number. Funny enough I received a tracking on the day that it supposedly was delivered. No package to be found.
Customer service is really bad and communication is just a joke in my opinion. I would be kicked out of my company if I would offer that level of service.
Filed it now via PayPal as I am worried to loose money and not even received product.

Relievoo has provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They failed to send one of the items I paid for, and only after I chased them did they say it was out of stock. No refund, no apology, and no response to multiple emails. I regret trusting their advertisements instead of checking reviews. I’ve lost my hard-earned money and received nothing but silence. Please be cautious before ordering from them.

The pump itself is fine however their communication is TERRIBLE. My storage bags were sent separately (strange decision) and didn’t arrive. Ultimately I don’t blame relievoo for this but the process with Evri is that the company reimburse the customer. It’s been weeks and I am changing every other day to pretty much radio silence. Not what I need post partum to be out of pocket

I placed my order may 8 through PayPal for RELIEVO the NeckRelief 3-in-1 Therapy,
NeckTherra - Advanced EMS my payment went through I was very excited and couldn’t wait the first week went by. The second the third all the way to a month and still nothing. Finally I put a dispute in through PayPal. RELIEVO Finally hit me back saying my order got loss and they couldn’t find my order they did give me my money back but don’t waste your time or your money..

This is a scam

My order didn’t arrive and said they sent another one and no tracking received

This company is a scam, I brought the Relievoo Wearable Breast Pump S32 PRO2 (Double) × 1 on the 4th of may, delivery said it would be 3-5 business days but it didn’t show, tracking on the order said it had been shipped but had no information on where it was after that. I emailed the company and they replied at first saying it would arrive on friday at the latest which would have been on the 15th, with no surprise it did not arrive. I emailed again and when i asked for a refund they said this

“This appears to be an error on the part of the delivery provider. We suspect that the parcel has been lost and have already filed a claim with the carrier.
To resolve the situation quickly, we will proceed with the shipment of a new parcel.
Could you please confirm your contact details to avoid any risk of another incident?
Additionally, compensation will be offered once you have received your order.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.”

but i responded saying i just want a refund so this doesn’t happen again and now they aren’t responding.

If i could take back my order i would, please don’t buy from this company, the prices look good and cheap but i highly believe this is a scam as i’m not the only one who hasn’t received my order and they blame the delivery company every time.

I placed order on 20th April 2026 and till today I don’t have any updates or shipping details when l’m getting the product

Worst pump ever!! All the good reviews on their website must be paid. Zero suction and as everybody has mentioned depivery was made after 2 months while claiming it to be delivered within 5 working days. This pump is a big scam!! I have used bery cheap pumps previously which have been so efficient .. i have wasted a 100 pound on this based on the fake reviews

Placed an order. Reached out to customer service once the 5 day delivery had exceeded to which I was told the order had been shipped and it would be with me no later than the following Tuesday. Order did not arrive, reached back out to customer service to be told ‘due to error by the delivery person, delivery has been postponed’ it has now been two weeks and I am still to receive my order. I have requested for the order to be cancelled and refunded and now customer service are no longer responding.

Commande passer et reçu un peu plus d'une semaine plus tard car j'en avait commandé un seul mais j'ai reçu un autre mail 1 h plus tard mz disant qu'il ne les vendais que 2 apreéseé avoir pris contact avec le service après vente ils m'ont répondu dans les 24h et mon mis le 2ème appreil et au prox d'un seul)à chaque fois que j'envoyais un mail, quand au suivi du colis j'ai demandé à recevoir un lien pour suivre ça livraison que j'ai reçu quelques heures plus tard. Fais bien son job, tester et ça va tout se passe bien. Je suis plutôt satisfaite.

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I’m having a challenge now. I brought my pumps and it’s now more than five days. I emailed support team. They don’t answer you they just said they have send an email saying you must complete the address which was already completed. I messaged them several times about my pumps. They don’t reply. Their live chat doesn’t work. They don’t have phone numbers. You can’t talk to them because they don’t reply. I’m tired and I don’t know what to do now.

Nous avons acheté ce tire-lait il y a 6 mois, et cela a vraiment été un soulagement. Mon allaitement a été sauvé grâce à Relievoo. C’est honnêtement le meilleur, et j’ai pourtant essayé d’autres marques bien plus chères.
L’extraction est rapide, la quantité de lait est très bonne, et il n’y a absolument aucune douleur. En plus, il est livré avec plusieurs tailles de téterelles, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Je le recommande sans hésitation.

J’ai beaucoup hésité avant de passer commande, car il y a tellement de marques sur le marché, mais je ne suis pas déçue. C’est vraiment top : extraction rapide, aucune douleur et très silencieux. Je l’utilise même au bureau sans aucun problème. Je suis vraiment très satisfaite.
Le service client est également facile à joindre et j’ai toujours reçu des réponses rapides à mes questions.
Je peux tirer plus de lait qu’avec un tire-lait traditionnel, et le plus grand avantage est de pouvoir tirer sans aucune contrainte. C’est vraiment un énorme plus.
Je le recommande à toutes les mamans.

Je vous conseille de fuir. Il ne faut pas avoir besoin du SAV car aucune prise en charge malgré la garantie encore active

Commande passée le 22 octobre, nous sommes le 30 octobre (soit au delà des 5 jours ouvrables annoncés), et toujours pas de tire-lait, ni de numéro de suivi. Mail envoyé hier soir au service client, puis en début d'après-midi, pas de réponse.

J'avais acheté un double tire lait une première fois en décembre 2024, j'en étais très satisfaite, il m'a permis de reprendre le travail et les déplacements, d'où ma nouvelle commande.

J'avais été surprise de ne pas recevoir de numéro de suivi à l'époque, j'avais alors envoyé un mail le lendemain de ma commande pour le demander, je n'avais eu aucune réponse, mais j'ai reçu le colis très peu de temps après.

Sauf que là, délai dépassé et aucune information ou réponse du service client...

Le manque de communication dont vous faites preuve est juste inacceptable, et encore moins pour des produits à fort enjeu pratique et émotionnel pour les mamans que nous sommes!!!

Edit: 4 mails envoyés, 1 avis négatif sur TrustPilot, pas de retour concret ... Produit reçu le 03 novembre, soit 8 jours ouvrés plus tard (il est précisé partout sur le site réception entre 3 à 5 jours ouvrés). Pas de suivi, pas de réponse du service client. A fuir !!!

Edit 2 : j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises le remboursement, ayant acheté un autre tire lait entre temps, aucune réponse, ni via le formulaire, ni par mail, ni aucun retour suite à ce post. Bref, fuyez.

I bought one breast pump via Amazon. It arrived on time and just in time for the arrival of baby number 2. With baby number 1 in 2021, I used a semi hands free pump, it was hands free if I used a bra to hold the cups so I wanted to have a different experience this time.
Affordable and convenient when getting things done around the house….
I have been using the pump now for 5 months.

I would not recommend purchasing from Relievoo. I bought their breast pump and, within a short time, the motor developed a fault that clearly wasn’t down to wear and tear but a defect. When I reached out to their support team, I was met with dismissive replies and constant deflection of responsibility.

Despite their so-called lifetime warranty, I was told I had to pay a shipping fee to replace a faulty motor — even though the issue was a product defect. They also insisted that only the “original buyer” could claim warranty, which completely undermines the rights of the end user.

Their customer service has been frustrating, unhelpful, and unwilling to take proper accountability. As a breastfeeding mother, the last thing I needed was the stress of fighting for basic consumer rights over a product that should have been reliable in the first place.

If you are looking for a trustworthy breast pump and reliable support, I suggest choosing another brand.

Après un mail envoyé le 21 juillet au sujet de la panne d'un des moteurs une réponse me demandant de leur envoyé une vidéo où photo ce que j'ai fait depuis plus de nouvelle.......
Je précise que le matériel est garantie à vie sois disant publicité mensongère.....
Je reviens sur mon avis précédent.
Produit de mauvaise qualité car déjà échangé une fois ne tiens pas dans le temps la batterie ne tiens pas 130 minutes c'est faux test a l'appui et en plus au bout de 6 mois elle ne fonctionne plus ......et pas de Réponse de leur part c'est inadmissible.
