The whole experience from contacting Aqualisa customer care with Lily, to receiving my part replacement was absolutely brilliant.

Have to say easy enough to buy a shower replacement hose, pictures on site are good, transaction easy and delivery within days. Easy connected and works a treat.

Molly was helpful and polite in dealing with me, apologising as I've needed to arrange a second visit to fix my shower. Just hoping that this time, things go to plan and the shower will be working as it should.

This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced in my life. They give you a date and take your payment, but afterwards they just say they have a subcontractor in the area who will contact you within two days. No one ever calls. You keep calling them repeatedly, but no one gives you a clear date and no one follows up. As a result, they make you lose an entire week during which your repair could have been completed.

A challenge to get through in the first place, good to alert you to waiting time and the ability to be logged for a call back - sadly the actual return call took nearly double the initial waiting time communicated to me. Whilst I fully understand that you need to correctly identify the caller and stipulate the terms and conditions, it did seem to me that way too much information was required other than personal details, date of guarantee. I did not log how long the call took but there must have been at least 30 questions that were asked, including configuration of our loft etc. When we have had cause to call Aqualisa before, the only question has been about engineer's ability to park at our property and access the electric and main water tank. This time it did seem way over the top.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with my Aqualisa shower. After three attempts to fix a persistent leak by the engineer, I was shocked when the water started pouring uncontrollably. We had to call an emergency plumber to turn off the water, resulting in additional costs.

Despite the recurring issues, Aqualisa has not acknowledged that the problem might be with the model itself. The product's quality and service have left me utterly disappointed and out of pocket for unexpected plumbing expenses.

We decided to repalce thwo whole shower batter with another brand.

Great service from the Customer service team. Issue dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.

Once I got to speak to Dino, it was absolutely fine.
However, it had taken several attempts, over 4 days to finally get to speak to someone. Although usually about 25 minutes, one point the wait time was 82 minutes!
So hearing that your call was important and a member of the team would be with you soon got a bit annoying.
Even when I was queuing on the final call, the wait time kept going up.
I had exchanged several emails with Customer service and they had my number. So having explained how difficult I was finding getting through, it would have been nice if someone had called me.

Spoke with Tom today helped with a problem and arranged for a service engineer appointment, also giving me different options to remedy the problem.
Very clear, precise, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

After sales service is superb, address my shower issue promptly without any fuss.
