Ik zit al weken te wachten op me geld ..meerdere keren gemaild maar geen respons , wat een slecht bedrijf dit.

Tee shirt Somona présente plusieurs trous dès la 1 ère utilisation et est déformé après lavage à la main ! Très déçue de cette expérience . Qualité pas du tout au niveau du prix

Beware if you order from their UK website and need to return an item, you have to return it to France and PAY FOR YOUR OWN INTERNATIONAL RETURN! Bought a jumper for £165 and then had to pay £20 to return it . They do not allow you to return an item bought online to a UK store. They claim they are a small French company hence why you have to pay huge amounts to return internationally to them, and yet they have several branches in London! Will not buy from them again as I feel the item was overpriced for the quality and in addition was appalled that they do not offer free returns.

Fluo roze T-shirt gekocht. Na 1 keer koud wassen was de kleur helemaal vervaagd. Voor een trui van € 65,- is dat toch wel triest.

Avoid they are absolutely awful . Still haven’t received my parcel a month later customer service took two weeks to respond. They are incompetent didn’t even provide the form they want me to complete so it will probably be another two weeks to get the form. Avoid this company at all costs. Complete waste of time. Will be reporting the company to the relevant bodies

Be careful when ordering online - Only pay via PayPal because they won't refund you the money for returns! Spoke with customer service many many times and it only got resolved once I got PayPal involved.

Après l'avoir porté ( soigneusement ) 3 fois ; il est rempli de bouloches >>> on dirait un vieux gilet ,et deux petits trous se forment déjà dans la maille

Ich habe eine maximal zerrissene Jeans reklamiert, die ich für ein Jahr getragen habe. Nach unzähligen Wochen und „sinnlosem Hin& Her schreiben“, stellen sie plötzlich fest, dass dies eine normale Abnutzung sei. Also kurz gesagt, Jeans von American Vintage, die man regelmäßig trägt, halten ein Jahr und können danach im Müll landen. Das im Hinblick auf unser Bewusstsein zur Nachhaltigkeit ist katastrophal.

Mooi kledingmerk maar de truien zijn niet kwalitatief.
Fluo gele trui gekocht. De kleuren vervagen na het wassen.
Het merk gecontacteerd en na lang wachten kreeg ik antwoord dat het lag aan het verkeerd wassen.

Service client français plus que CATASTROPHIQUE, ils sont incapables d'apporter des informations, la seule chose qu'ils savent dire "Voir avec la boutique" sauf que la boutique renvoie aussi vers eux, donc ils se renvoient la balle et on ne vous propose aucune solution. Honnêtement passez votre chemin si vous voulez acheter chez cette marque car vous n'aurez aucune information fiable, vous ne reverrez pas votre argent. En 2025 ils ne font toujours pas de remboursements. C'est juste UNE HONTE.

I returned the items I ordered online about a month ago, and despite multiple phone calls and emails, I have yet to receive a refund or any response.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with this company? I would appreciate any advice or shared experiences.

El precio no justifica la calidad en los últimos tiempos.
Devolución lenta y pesada de ejecución.
Quedan pocas ganas para repetir.
Compré una falda de lino color barro y transparentaba un montón y 4 usos porque la tela se abre y se abre.
No he podido contactar con ellos.

Ich kann nur wirklich jedem davon abraten dort online zu bestellen. Ich habe vor über 4 Wochen 2 Westen zurück gesendet und warte immer noch darauf, dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Ich bin wirklich so genervt und stinksauer. Es sind 300€. Niemand meldet sich.

J'aurai du lire ces commentaires avant de passer commande. Commande numéro W000807627 reçue mais impossibilité de retourner un article taille M beaucoup trop grand qu'on voit toute ma poitrine. Je ne peux pas porter ça. le service client ne me réponds pas depuis 4 jours. Bien sur prête à changer la note

I can't agree with the negative reviews. Shipping to Switzerland took six days, and when I wrote to customer service, I received a friendly response.
All in all, fast and reliable

De la m*rde « made in china » vendue à prix d’or.
Je commande ce que je pensais être une belle chemise manche courte de qualité en 100% coton.
Je reçois une chemise avec une texture cartonné et d’énorme défauts sur les coutures. Si j’ai le malheur de tirer sur un fil la couture se défait.
J’ai payé 110€ pour un produit qui a plutôt l’air d’en valoir 10€.

Même une étoile est de trop!
Je passe sur les pulls qui boulochent car je crois que c'est devenu leur marque de fabrique!
Je vais plutôt parler du service après vente qui est particulièrement en dessous de tout.
J'ai acheté un pull a mon mari (je vous passe le prix) porté trois fois, pas lavé, toutes les coutures se décousent. J'ai donc envoyé un mail au service client de Signe...La réponse est EDIFIANTE: les matières fragiles utilisées chez Américain vintage peuvent expliquer cela!!! et ??? Rien d'autre.
Franchement, je n'achèterai plus JAMAIS un article chez eux. Allez chez Sezane les filles, la qualité est top et le service client est PARFAIT

Das Design ist schön, die Qualität sehr schlecht. Nach kurzem Tragen sieht die Ware schäbig aus, waschen geht gar nicht. Den Kauf kann man sich sparen- taugt nicht…,
