Terrible! I wish I read up on reviews before blindly purchasing. Do yourself a huge favor and just don't.
Cheap synthetic fabric, poorly made. Buttons fell off while trying on the dress that is not lined.

Terrible!!!!! RUN AWAY!!! The items look good good on oictures and thats about it, no response, no dress, zero customer service.

This store does not accept returns for items that do not fit, claiming that this is “against their policy.” I find this approach completely outdated and unacceptable. I have never encountered such rules in other online stores — this is honestly the first time I see something like this.

It is impossible to like a store that offers unfair conditions from the very beginning, completely ignoring customer relations and current market standards. This kind of policy has no place in modern online shopping.

Honestly, it’s really shameful.

Never received the item

Alors je prends le temps de rédiger cet avis pour les gens qui comme regarde les avis avant de faire un achat. Il y a certes beaucoup d’avis négatifs mais j’ai du positif a dire. Le robe est exactement comme sur la photo, les proportions sont respectées, je n’ai eu à payé aucun frais de douanes. Certes le delais de livraison etait plus long que prévu mais à part ça rien d’autre à signaler :)

Scammers!!! I ordered a dress that came through nothing like the one on their web! Colour was out and the style was completely wrong! they have a 7 day policy return and exchange period. They even denying me this after they requested photos which i had sent and they recieved my email that i was disappointed with the product the same day of arrival and still they cant seem to help me as a consumer. They told me i can Get a 50%off my next order? And i should keep the dress. Like i want to get scammed again into false advertising! This company should be blocked! Please people dont be fooled! You better off ordering from your local companies!!!

Ordered from Koeei in October, didn’t even receive my order number… Terrible, terrible service.

I placed my order in June for a special occasion and it is now November and I have not received my order. Horrible service, no respond for my emails. I asked for my money back and I really doubt I will get it.

Please do not buy anything… you will be disappointed.

The item I received is not even remotely what I paid for. I ordered a maxi dress with hoops in the front and I received a shirt and pants set that are of poor quality and look horrible; it looks like pajamas.

Schreckliche Erfahrung! Billigste China Ware, die kaputt(!) ankam und man nicht reklamieren kann. Die Jacke hat 60€ gekostet und ist keinesfalls 2€ Wert und sieht anders auf als auf den schönen Website-Bildern.
Der Kundenservice möchte nichts von Reklamation oder Rückgabe wissen - und bietet 10€ Entschädigung an. Katastrophe - bitte NICHT kaufen!!!

Ce site est mensonger. J'ai payé des frais supplémentaires pour une expédition express car j'avais besoin de ma commande a une date précise. La livraison était prise en 4 a 8 jours ouvrables. Or je n'ai reçu mon colis que plus de 15 jours après la date d'arrivée prévue.
Le site n'a jamais voulu me rembourser la différence entre les frais normaux et les frais express.

They will not honor refund requests and keep sending the same emails to stretch out days, seems like they are automated. I will be filing complaints with FTC, my state Attorney General and BBB, I am also seeking legal counsel

After two months I did a complaint with my bank, I never received my order. Then they said they'd would rush it to me, I told them to not send it. I ordered June 26th and received nothing as of August 31st. Scam!

Horrible quality and won’t accept refund request. Wish I read reviews beforehand. Will fight till the end because they need to be shut down. People’s hard earned money and refuse to accept the photos and liabilities. Offered a messily $5 after multiple emails!!!

Do not purchase it’s a scam, photos aren’t true they use designer images and so rude when you try and exchange, do not purchase!!!

Deze kleding is niet wat ze beloven op de site. Komt uit china en heeft andere maten en nog erger totaal andere modellen. Je krijgt geen retour terug alleen 10 dollar. Totale nep en fake! nooit kopen

If I could do less than one star I would.
I paid $28.99 for 5-7 day express shipping. They didn’t DISPATCH my item until 14 days later, and I received it 5 days after that. I opened the package and was shocked at the poor quality. It was nothing like the pictures. They had stolen all of their photos from designer Lidee website ultimately misleading their buyers.

They will not accept a return or a refund for the item or for the express shipping that they didn’t honour in the beginning. I paid $126.19 for a garment that would be worth $5.

Bij niet passen van de kledij kon je niet terugzenden, kwaliteit minder goed. Kun je evengoed kopen opSHEIN!

Garments are really poor quality, made with cheap materials and do not look anything like the photographs shown on their website or social media pages.
Fast fashion at its worst, all made in China.
I have tried to get a refund but no luck yet.
I wish I had seen the previous reviews before buying. Also all comments on their Instagram have been disabled.
