Meine Bewertung musste etwas warten, da ich erst die Reaktion des Beschenkten, eines echten Uhrenliebhabers, abwarten wollte.
Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und auch die Verpackung sehr sorgfältig. Die Uhr in der schönen Holzbox selbst ein echtes Schmuckstück, sehr gute Verarbeitung und die Gravur perfekt. Das dazu gelieferte Armband rundet das Gesamtbild sehr gut ab. Um das Uhrenband zu kürzen ist alles dabei und funktioniert recht einfach.
Der Beschenkte war einfach nur begeistert :)

Beautiful Watch

I received my watch yesterday after a very short delivery period to Switzerland.
As mentioned on the website, you'll have to pay the import taxes separately after delivery.

The watch is as beautiful as the image shown on the website (if not even more beautiful) and feels very light.
The only minor critique is that depending on your wrist circumference, for this type of watch, if you lie between two links of the wristband, you'll have to wear it a little too tight or too loose, since the links are quite broad. Besides that, adjusting the length by taking out a link or inserting a new one is really easy.

E' la prima volta che acquisto un orologio da Woodwatch e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Precisione nella spedizione, pacchetto confezionato perfettamente e ben protetto da una robusta scatola esterna. A seguito di un disguido, mi è stato recapitato in pochissimi giorni il "regalo" che doveva essere compreso nel pacchetto originario. ESPERIENZA POSITIVISSIMA. Veramente da consigliare

My first order didn't arrive so I was sent a replacement watch. When this arrived the second hand wasn't attached so a further one was despatched to me. I had engraving on the reverse of the watch which I was asked to replace from the latest delivery

Zeer vlot geleverd, in goed beschermde en leuke verpakking, het horloge is ook mooi volgens de afbeelding op de site.

Ik heb de sailor horloge besteld, maar helaas de seafarer gekregen. Door de klantenservice blijft ontkend worden terwijl de foto’s duidelijk zijn! Helaas is de enigste optie terug sturen en dan bijna 40,- betalen! Terwijl de fout bij hun ligt.

Na contact te hebben gehad met de klantenservice ben ik een meer dan tevreden klant. Alles is goed opgepakt en het resultaat was meer dan ik had verwacht! Super service!

Ich hatte ein Problem/defekt mit meiner neuen Armbanduhr und es wurde sich umgehend um mein Problem gekümmert und verschiedene Lösungen angeboten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Vorgehensweise und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der Produkte.

I purchased two watches for over £300 and on their website it quoted *Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over €50. DHL then contacted me asking for £67.40 for Import Tax before the item would be delivered! When I emailed them and used live chat they simply ignored my request to ask for a refund or refund the import tax. False advertising and poor communication. I will not be using them again!!
