Ottimo prodotto, ma soprattutto servizio clienti eccellente. Dopo 3 mesi con pochissimo utilizzo ho notato che l'orologio aveva un indicatore che si è staccato e l'azienda ne ha inviato uno nuovo in tempi brevi. Mi sento di consigliarli ad occhi chiusi.

Le top: montre Aurora magnifique et agréable à porter, service client réactif.

Le pas top: trop fragile. J'ai acheté ma montre il y a un an et demi: trois maillons se sont déjà cassés. J'ai pu en remplacer facilement deux grâce aux maillons fournis pour rallonger le bracelet. On verra pour le 3e, car c'est la pièce qui tient l'attache et elle est différente.
C'est vraiment dommage que la qualité ne soit pas là, car les montres sont vraiment très belles.

Le concept est génial, le soin du packagings, la qualité…. Bref tout est au top 👌

My watch strap was damaged due to my own fault. After registering on the website, I received quick and efficient assistance, and the replacement links were sent to me promptly by post.

Ho ordinato un orologio personalizzato per il 60esimo di mio padre e purtroppo era arrivato difettoso; rimango lo stesso soddisfatta perché il servizio clienti é stato sempre presente e mi ha aiutato al 100% a risolvere il problema! Sicuramente continuerò ad acquistare

The delivery itself was fine, but the moment something goes wrong, the experience falls apart completely. They sent me the wrong item, promised a replacement, and then went completely silent for two weeks. No updates, no communication, nothing.

I eventually gave up waiting and returned the item, only to have that ignored too. Every reply from their support team took multiple days, and here I am, over a month later, with no resolution in sight.

The product side might be fine, but their customer service and returns process is a serious problem. Very disappointing.

Worauf ich eine Reihe von Fragen zugeschickt bekommen habe, einPhoto sollte ich schicken,die Order Nummer(13 Jahre) her, einen Brief über den Schaden.
Das ist das allerletzte lediglich für ein neues Glas so einen Aufwand anzufordern. Vergessen wir Diese Uhren

Sowohl sie Qualität der Uhren und Sonnebrillen ist sehr gut, als auch die Qualität des Kundenservices! Der Kundenservice hat nicht einmal ein Tag gebraucht um ein Anliegen zu klären.

A truly beautiful product! Neatly finished, and it came in a wooden box. It included a handy instruction manual explaining what each hand does. What stands out to me, and what I appreciate, is that they plant a tree for every watch sold. What was a slight disappointment—though Woodwatch couldn't do anything about it—was that I received an email from them stating my package would be delivered on Wednesday; it was subsequently delivered on Thursday, but as I said, Woodwatch couldn't help that. Otherwise, the delivery was incredibly fast: ordered on Tuesday and already on its way 20 minutes later.

Vorig jaar heb ik een positieve review achtergelaten voor Woodwatch, maar mijn ervaring blijkt uiteindelijk toch minder positief dan gedacht.

Ik kocht een prachtig horloge (Dark Sailor) met een gratis armband. Helaas ging de armband al binnen twee weken kapot en werkte het horloge niet door een defecte batterij. De klantenservice reageerde snel en stuurde netjes een nieuwe armband en batterij op – daarvoor zeker een compliment.

Een half jaar later begonnen de problemen echter opnieuw. De vervangende armband ging binnen een maand kapot en inmiddels is het uurwerk van het horloge volledig defect. Na contact met de klantenservice kreeg ik te horen dat er nog garantie op zat (2 jaar), maar dat reparatie niet mogelijk was. Normaal gesproken sturen ze een vervangend horloge, maar omdat mijn model (Dark Sailor) niet meer beschikbaar was, mocht ik een ander horloge uitzoeken voor de oorspronkelijke aanbiedingsprijs.

Dat klinkt netjes, maar in de praktijk betekende dit dat ik moest bijbetalen om een vergelijkbaar model te krijgen. Het nieuwe horloge werd wel snel geleverd (opnieuw een pluspunt voor de service), maar is helaas niet zo mooi als mijn oorspronkelijke horloge – en dat is toch teleurstellend.

Wat ik vooral kwalijk vind, is dat Woodwatch geen reparaties uitvoert, zelfs niet binnen de garantieperiode. Inmiddels heb ik het horloge maar naar een lokale juwelier gebracht in de hoop dat zij het wel kunnen maken.

Kortom: snelle en vriendelijke klantenservice en ook prachtige producten om te zien, maar de kwaliteit van de producten en de geboden garantieoplossing laten wat mij betreft zeer te wensen over.

Lo uso quotidianamente .
È bello sapere che l’azienda ha un forte impegno etico verso la tutela dell’ambiente.
Ho apprezzato che nella confezione ci fosse una bustina con le maglie , vite e cacciavite necessari in caso si voglia allargare o stringere l’orologio .
Spedito lo stesso giorno in cui l’ho ordinato e arrivato prima del previsto perfettamente imballato , che dire ? Tutto perfetto

Der Kundendienst verdient Hochachtung für schnelle und kundenfreundliche Lösungen, trotz dass man die Uhr schon ein Jahr vorher erworben hat.

Na 5 jaar heb ik mijn 2e woodwatch aangeschaft. Ik vind het design prachtig, net als de moraal erachter.

Ik ben super tevreden over WoodWatch! Prachtig horloge en toen er iets kapot ging, werd meteen een goede oplossing geboden. Mooi product + topservice, echt een aanrader!

Beautiful watch, unfortunately very delicate so it broke within the year. Woodwatch has great WhatsApp support and I received a brand new watch as it was within the year warranty. Hopefully this one will last beyond the year.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung

Bought the watch as a birthday present for my boyfriend because he hinted to it once that he really wanted one. But in his opinion he didn’t deserve this nice of a watch. Ofcourse I don’t share that opinion and neither did his friends. So we all got money together and got him a beautiful watch & he was so surprised and absolutely loves it. He even got emotional because he liked it so much and was so grateful. What a blessing it is that I could surprise him with such a special gift that he totally deserves!!

Really poor quality. I have bought three watches from this company, none of which lasted more than a year. Two broke for the same reason. Each time the company sent me a replacement. I demanded a refund because I do not wish to keep accumulating watches that are broken and that don't last as long as they should, but they insisted on sending me a fourth replacement as per their policy. I find it very ironic that the company markets itself as sustainable. Typical greenwashing - don't be fooled by it!
