ch habe mir eine Sex Maschine gekauft, um es mal zu testen. Es wird von 14 tägigem Rückgaberecht geredet. was nicht beschrieben wird, ist, dass dieses nur gilt. wenn die Verpackung nicht geöffnet ist. Man darf die Maschine nicht ansehen, zum testen einschalten, zusammen bauen oder ähnliches. Sobald dies geschehen ist, erlischt das Rückgaberecht. Der Support ist in diesem Fall auch knallhart und keine Hilfe. Ich habe somit Hismith 700€ geschenkt für eine Maschine, die wir nicht nutzen können. Unter diesen Umständen rate ich jedem davon ab bei hismith zu bestellen.

Ich habe nun seit 2 Monaten das Pro 1 Sex Machine Starter Kit für Sie und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen.

Der Bestell- und Bezahlvorgang war sehr einfach. Die Lieferzeit betrug nur 3 Werktage. Es war alles sher gut und neutral verpackt.

Die Maschine und das Zubehör ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Der Aufbau ist intuitiv, man braucht die beiliegende Beschreibung nicht. Auch die Aufbewahrungstasche hat eine gute Qualität und ist sehr praktisch.

Im Einsatz ist die Maschine leise und wird auch bei längeren Sessions nicht heiß. Sie ist sehr kraftvoll und hält, was sie verspricht.

Die Aufsätze sind sehr hochwertig und gefühlsecht. Sie riechen nicht unangenehm und sind leicht zu reinigen.

Die Bedienung ist sowohl mit dem kabelgebundenen Regler als auch mit der Fernbedienung sehr einfach.

Die App ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und auch etwas umständlich, um längere eingene Programme zu erstellen. Mit Hilfe eines KI Tools, konnte ich aber trotzdem sehr schöne eigene Programme erstellen, auch, wenn es ziemlich lange gedauert hat. Das könnte noch verbessert werden. 99 Sekunden Sequenzen sind einfach zu kurz. Da sollte man schon auch Minuten angeben können.

Die Auswahl an KlicLok Aufsätzen ist zwar groß, aber auch hier sehe ich noch Verbesserungspotential. Es gibt zu wenig mittlere Größen. Ich würde mir mehr Aufsätze mit der Einführungslänge von 20 cm und dem Durchmesser 4,5 cm wünschen, denn diesen Bereich deckt ihr nicht wirklich ab. Gerne in schwarz oder lila, denn Hautfarbe habt ihr viel zu viel.

Ansonsten bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden und deswegen volle 5 Sterne.

I ordered the Hismith 4.0 Premium Machine but they sent me the older 3.0 model instead. On top of that, the bundle I received was completely different from what I ordered.
I emailed them twice, once yesterday when I opened the package and again today, but got no reply. Their live chat is always offline, so there’s no way to get quick support.
Very disappointed so far; I expected better service, especially for a premium product.
I hope they address this soon, but until then I can’t recommend them

Update: Still no reply (04/07/2025).Complete silence. Very disappointing customer service so far.

Ware ist okay, jedoch Abzug weil die angegebenen Lieferzeiten einfach nicht stimmen

Keine Möglichkeit den Service zu erreichen. Niemals eine Rechnung erhalten. Defekten Artikel erhalten den ich auf eigene Kosten nach China zurücksenden sollte nachdem ich den Paypal Käuferschutz in Anspruch genommen habe.

I recently had an issue with a product and contacted the hismith support team. Within 24 hours they responded and after some troubleshooting we determined the device had a fault. This is the first item to have such an issue, despite many years of problem free usage from the brand.

I was quickly provided with a replacement.

The professionalism of the customer service team and their knowledge and troubleshooting kept my trust in the brand and i will continue to do business with this great company :)

They've printed the wrong address onto the package and the package went back to the sender.

But the customer sopport was very good! Quick and helpful. Solved the problem right away.

Hismith offer amazing customer experience. My hismith had a defect and they took care of it to my highest satisfaction.

Bestellung kam leider zu spät. Der Premiumversand entsprach 30, hat allerdings 6 anstatt der beworbenen 3 Tage benötigt. Kommunikation seitens Hismith, war okay. Den Versand habe ich aufgrund der Verspätung erstattet bekommen. Das Gerät 4.0 selbst ist sehr solide gebaut und fühlt sich wie teures Arbeitsgerät an.
Ich glaube, dass ich eine Sinnvolle Investition getätigt habe.

Power supply or motor broke after just 10 minutes. no response to service requests. Ordered spare part (with extremely high shipping costs of 50 euros for express delivery) still not arrived after 7 days

First things first,-
The Quality of the machine and the atachments are really good and durable, only with atachments over 6cm diameters the rubberstands are overstrained and the machine is moving away.
1. - The Order was not complete deliverd.
2. - Never send my an Email with a list of my Order, also i never get the bill by Email or in a package.
3.- Never get a response Email when i writing about my Problems.
4.- The delivery of the missing Articles was not advertized again no Email that informs me about they are deliverd the stuff and let me know abot they know about the problems. NO COMMUNICATION ! ! !
5.- they send me a wrong Article i wrote emails, 5 times a week to: service@.de
service@.fr - NO ANSWER
6. - I tryed the whole time to get a sencefull contact via email and at least via the chat at the webside, but there is just a lousy KI chat that forces me to to contact the NO ANSWERING EMAIL adresses.
never the less, this is maybe a CAUSE FOR PAYPAL,

but i'll give am a few days time ti fix this.

Why the never wrote any amail with one point of apologize the issuses the have and ask me for some time to fix this, but nothing, NO RESPECT TO US CUSTOMERS.

1 Star for trying for redeliver the missing Stuff (one was the wrong part)
MINUS 2 Stars for Unrespectfull behavior to the customer.
