Ho comprato un orologio di legno per un regalo di compleanno. Ho scelto l'opzione di spedizione espressa ed io giorno dopo mi è già arrivato. L'orologio è davvero bellissimo e di ottima fattura. Robusto e molto prestigioso. Sono passati 3 mesi e funziona sempre benissimo. Ho contattato il loro servizio clienti per avere alcuni pezzi aggiuntivi del cinturino poiché al mio compagno andava un po' stretto e mi sono arrivati senza problemi dopo alcuni giorni senza pagare niente. Comunicazione eccellente. Io mi sono trovata benissimo con tutto. Azienda seria e efficiente.

I bought a WoodWatch a few years ago as a special wedding gift for my husband. Sadly, the watch broke down after just a few months of light use — which was incredibly disappointing, especially given the high price and sentimental value.

At the time, I emailed their customer service expressing my concerns, but never received a reply. Only recently did I discover their response had gone to my spam folder. I reached out again, hoping for a fair solution such as a repair or a proper refund.

Instead, I was offered just a 30% discount on a future purchase — no repair, no replacement, no genuine effort to make things right. For a product that was clearly poor in quality and meant so much to us personally, this response is unacceptable.

I strongly urge others to think twice before buying from WoodWatch. Their products may look beautiful, but in my experience, they don’t last — and once something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

El reloj era precioso. A los pocos días se le cayo la corona pero en seguida me lo reemplazaron.

La première montre, le petit bouton pour régler les aiguilles s'est cassé et la marque ne fabriquait plus le modèle, j'ai donc racheté une montre complète. La seconde, le bracelet en bois a cédé et s'est brisé, la pièce juste à côté du cadran, qui ne peut se remplacer. J'ai contacté le service client pour leur dire que par deux fois leurs montres se sont cassées sans aucune raison après un an (je ne me douche jamais avec, ne les mouille jamais et les enlève pour dormir/activité physique), ils m'ont juste dit que ça n'était plus garantie. Sans compter l'indicateur des minutes qui est tombé au bout d'un mois. Oui leurs montres sont magnifiques mais ne durent qu'un an, et à plus de cent euros la montre ça fait cher l'année.
