WoodWatch Recenzje

I contacted customer service and I was quickly assisted. When it turned out that my watch was broken, I received a new one. This process went very smoothly and the customer service was very understanding and friendly.

Really high quality product with great service, delivery time, and after purchase care. The company has great values and I'm glad I could support them with my purchase.

Really nice products.
I felt appreciated as a customer when in need to contact Woodwatch as to sort out a situation with my watch.

I was missing a parcel which was misdirected and got prompt and helpful response by the WoodWatch service team

The watch is amazing and classy. Initially I was worried because there was a slight mistake in the delivery but the customer service is excellent. I received the correct order just two days after raising the issue to them. My husband loves the item so much, worth my purchase ♥️

Ottimo prodotto, consegna precisa e puntuale

Exactly what I ordered, with all the tools enclosed to enlarge the band. Groom loved his "i´ve never seen anything like this before"

Beautiful, quality watch & fast delivery.

Produit conforme à la description.
Le colis est arrivé en avance, impeccable!

Très beau produit, livraison très rapide

I ordered a woodwatch, along with the warranty. When the dial broke off somehow, they sent me a new one. Very happy with quality of watches and with the company's customer service.
