I received a bad customer service from…
I received a bad customer service from the stuff called Michelle in maponya mall. I used Weltons to print work A3 signages. I waited for her to talk with her cellphone until she finish after I had to be the one who greet her and I told her I need A3 copies. Thn she gave me funny face thn I repeated again. Thn she took 2 (A4 copies) I came with thn go and 2 A4 instead of A3 thn she told me tht I ddnt mentioned A3. When they do copies they don't assume.

Experience was very disappointing
We recently placed our first order with Waltons on behalf of Boiler Lab Pty Ltd, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. For five consecutive days, I received SMS notifications stating that the driver was en route with our parcel, yet nothing was delivered. After I contacted Waltons directly, they were able to track the parcel. When it finally arrived, the box displayed the wrong delivery address. The driver insisted that I had provided the incorrect details, but I was able to show that my invoice reflected the correct address.
This situation caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and it does not reflect the level of service we expected from Waltons.

Disappointed
When I placed the order it said delivery in 2-3 working days, ordered 26 Aug by 4 sept no response had to call the store that didn’t help cos they kept hanging up. Went to the store only to find out my order had already arrived and they didn’t inform me. 8 sept I received SMS saying my order has arrived after days of pickup. Walton’s midlands mall(pmb).
