I haven’t been able to put it up as yet, but every thing seems to there and looking forward to seeing it up hopefully soon. Just waiting for the ground base to be done first. Packaging is all good.

Easy to order. Greenhouse came in a few days. Went together easily and well and looks great. For the price, a real bargain.

VERY LOW QUALITY, AVOID! Also the door locking mechanism broke in less than 3 months. All they will do is send a replacement door leaving you with the cost of fitting and re-protecting/painting.

Poor product, poor customer service. Don't waste your money

Hard to give this company the right amount of stars, so gave them a 2 star. Let's start at the beginning, I order an outdoor sauna.

Delivery arrived on the day and time they said, good start. This is a big delivery, it arrived on 2 double sized pallets all covered up with plastic tarp, great I thought. Except delivery truck has no way to unload a pallet, driver proceeded to cut through the tarp and unload piece by piece, saying we keep the pallets and take them back. Cheapskates. Over an hour to unload hundreds of pieces of dried untreated wood in the pouring rain on to my driveway, driver than tried to cover this up with ripped up pieces of tarp to keep the water off the already soaked wood.

It's untreated dried timber, it soaks up water like a sponge and leaves water stains in the wood. It has to be treated quickly, which can't happened until you build it. Such a stupid way to deliver these buildings.

I assembled it, I wouldn't say it's easy DIY, but it wasn't a bad build, and instructions are decent. Nothing is marked, so you have to organise every piece before you open the instruction book, as you have to identify each piece by it's measurements, and it's easy to get this wrong a few times. Oh, yeah, if you're building a sauna, ignore the roof fitting instructions and start from the front, or you'll end up in a mess with alignment.

Nails were missing from delivery and some pieces of wood didn't have some cuts in them, so had to sort that. I found a design fault in their changing room part of the suana, so I reported the missing nails, design fault and fact some timbers were cut at the factory. After multiple emails were they ask individual questions, order number, post code, photos rather than ask for everything in one go they became defensive over the fact I'd said there's a design fault, ignored the missing nails and the timbers not cut right and started wasting my time, so I gave up speaking to them, as it was costing me more in wasted time than the bag of nails would cost.

I'd say it's the policy of the customer service team to annoy their customers enough that they give up and simply fix it themselves,

You have been warned, poor delivery, not exactly basic DIY, needs a competent person, likely to be missing bits, or some bits are wrong, you'll have to fix this yourself and you have to protect it fast, before it gets wet. Or you'll end up with a building like mine, one you can see the water stains in the timber.

Good initially. Nice product. Very helpful.
Aftercare is poor. Read all guidelines thoroughly as they just redirect to it and therefore will not attempt to help you with any concerns.
Despite being dipped their needs to be treated immediately once installed. Due to the fact I fix not do this all my doors have dropped and now they can’t be locked with the bolts. Advice given was to treat the wood and get the doors rehung.

The quality of the materials is good, though it would be nice to have a pre-treated option (although it does have 10 year rot-free guarantee). The customer service wasn't good. I got sent the wrong parts, the customer service went back and forth with me for days before I finally spoke to someone who wasn't belittling me. 2 weeks later and I now have the right parts, and instructions, so I'm looking forward to finally building it this weekend. The delivery driver was brilliant, great tracking and communication. The lady before me on delivery apparently had parts missing too.
Oh, and the product went on sale just after I bought it, so always wait for a better sale!!

Good quality building with straightforward instructions. One minor annoyance was the mixed bag of screws that needed sorting out into sizes. Overall a great building

My climbing frame was not delivered.
I was in all day. The site said delivered, no photo, no proof of delivery!
Apparently it wasn't even booked for delivery! It is now expected to be delivered tomorrow.14th April
