Early delivery, very helpful and professional delivery people.

Good communication right up to delivery. Very polite, helpful delivery by Carl and Darren W - placed shed parts into my back garden and internal panels into shed to avoid damage by the rain. Efficient and caring service. Thanks guys.

From online ordering, delivery to product our experience with Forest Garden was exemplary. The ordering portal is simple, informative easy to navigate. Delivery dates of your choice, with plenty of updates by email, (check your spam box) and brilliant tracking facility which was helpful because our delivery was delayed due to road congestion. The delivery crew Ian C and Andy Ward went above and beyond even though they still had several drops to do after us. They were helpful friendly and smiling, a rare occurance in these stressful times. The product is top quality we were pleasantly amazed, the wood is sturdy and well put together, always a concern when blind buying. I wish we could give 10 stars 🌟

I ordered on line and was offered a choice of delivery dates, I then had to rearrange the date which they were able to do with no trouble. It was delivered by Brandon Lancett, who was friendly and accomodating, and left in the place I requested.

Great service for a small wooden shed. They were happy to arrange delivery to an allotment. Great communications dealing with a query. Delighted with Dam - the friendly and helpful delivery driver who kept me well informed about ETA for delivery - and showed excellent driving skills expertly manoeuvring his truck into a tight space.

Shed delivered on time with no fuss despite us living on Anglesey. Delivery vehicle location was tracked all the way to the door. The delivery crew, Scott and James went beyond what was expected which helped me no end. Shed not erected yet but looking good.

We ordered a shed from Forest and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be, and the customer service was great throughout.

A special mention has to go to the driver, Alex Hibert, who was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond, was super pleasant, and genuinely lovely to deal with. It really made the delivery experience feel easy and stress-free.

Ordered via the B&M Website. Very easy process. Communication was very good. Delivery was within the timeframe stated. Drivers Penko and Chris were friendly . The only downfall I have is I had to ask a neighbour to help me carry 4 6ft fence panels through to the back garden as I have no rear access. The drivers are not allowed to go through your house. I understand rules need to be followed but what assistance is in place for vulnerable people? Overall a positive experience

Forest Garden made ordering my Arbour very easy, I was able to pick my free delivery day and the delivery driver Brian Coleman arrived on time and rang me when a few minutes away to confirm his arrival. He reversed his vehicle down my drive and off loaded my delivery with care placing it in my requested location. I have checked that all the listed parts are here and look forward to assembling my Arbour in the next few days.

Amazing customer service and delivery from Forest! Ordered my shed from Screwfix (wish I'd ordered directly as Forest are a joy to deal with!) without realising it was coming from Forest. Once they contacted me to arrange delivery, they couldn't have been more helpful. The goods were being delivered to workers in the garden (it was a terraced house with no access to the garden) and the team made sure this was communicated to the driver. Good were delivered bang on time and the follow up from Abbie in Customer Service was fantastic! All the big courier companies could learn a lot from Forest!
