Spoke to Sam. She was helpful and explained clearly any questions I had about the shed; the layout and options available etc. She was polite and friendly.

Do not buy! Awful quality, warped wood in panels with gaps you can put your hand through, panels warped.
We have assembled many sheds in our time but these are just a joke. So disappointed. Finished product will not be water tight. We will be contacting company. Not fit for purpose, waste of money.

So far so good in keeping me informed on delivery etc.

Easy ordering process. Excellent delivery guys. Easy to build but just took a while to understand the parts supplied. Measurements do allow you to identify each bit but a tagging system like the bags of fixings would be a lot easier.

Lovely planter, arrived as promised on time. Slight hiccup with delivery but was sorted out immediately.

What a great company to purchase from! Was kept well informed of delivery (and even got to choose a delivery date which was within a few days). Great communication regarding the delivery before and on the day. Driver was pleasant & friendly although he was struggling to lift the item on his own. Product looks sturdy enough and good quality (although not put it together yet!) Overall, very pleased with the experience.
