Apologies to Waltons, BAD service by RAM.
I collected my parcel this morning, delivered by RAM to Waltons local store. I checked all details on the parcel, no-where my home address is mentioned on the parcel. RAM is therefore the guilty party, and NOT Waltons. How RAM got hold of my home address is making me feeling very unsafe. My sincere apologies to Waltons, I will buy from you again in future when needed to. I hope RAM gets punished by Waltons, by either cancelling their future services, or by giving a suspended penalty.

Poor Packaging and Handling during Delivery
The order was delivered with the paper wrapping (over the two packs of Mondi typing paper) seriously damaged. When I opened the parcel, the cover wrapping of both packs of typing paper was damaged and torn open on all four sides.
The damage may have been caused by poor handling by your delivery service. Nonetheless, the two packs of typing paper should have been wrapped much more securely or packed in a box.

Not so fast
The item I ordered said it would be delivered in 2-3 days but it took seven and there was no notification from Waltons during this time of the reasons for the delay. On the plus side, the staff of Waltons Willowbridge were outstanding - helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
Waltons subsequently reached out to me regarding my review and were very helpful in following up and advising me of the steps they had put in place to prevent any recurrence of the issue. Well done on your Customer Service, Waltons.

Your website assures deliver between 3 to 4 days, it took 8 x days and to make things even better, we are about 2 kilometers from your Woodstock depot plus one of the crates were cracked.
