I bought product that they said was in…
I bought product that they said was in stock. Paid the extra money for fast shipment. Two days later, I had to inquire as to where my product was then the next day they get back to me and saying they don’t have any in stock. They should’ve said this straight away after I had bought the product we needed it for a function for the next week, so they have totally stuffed us around. Will never purchase from here again poor service, care factor zero.

After reading reviews was worried wouldn't arrive. Shipping on Shop app said "Ready to Ship" and didn't change. Item arrived Friday after ordering Wednesday arvo on express. Half day after delivery still says Ready to ship.

Ordered item and when I enquired if it has been shipped I was told it was "out of stock" and a "refund" issued. Checked my cc statement and no refund issued.
Contacted re refund and no reply.
Contacted cc company and disputed transaction
Definetly looks like they "sell" non existent items and issue fake refunds

Avoid this business like the plague
Avoid this business like the plague. Firstly, ordered my son an electric guitar for his birthday, paid protection and express post. Over a week still no guitar, they do not answer the phone, do not answer emails. Then I get some half cooked excuse the issue is logistics. Mind you never received a tracking code, so the item never left their "warehouse". Then today, someone finally picks up a phone, and I get told I am being refunded, then I get an email the order is cancelled and that I have not been refunded. Seriously, whatever shonky buisness this is... it's run like a circus with far too many monkeys. Keep your money, cause these jokers certainly will.
