Absolutely fantastic service.Arrived on time.

Do not use this company.I bought a juicer in August,over a month later no arrival.I ordered a red one,told it was no longer available,choose another colour,chose orange.Waited,another email orange not available,so chose black.Still waiting for it.I am asking for a refund

Scam company. Do not buy from them. Refused to refund me when they never shipped my order.

All the reviews that I have read and are positive are for small items!
I have ordered a treadmill, payed etc, a few days later I get an email to say sorry not in stock, will be 1-2 weeks away do I want this alternative (totally substandard comparison) or wait, wait from me.
I then chase them nearly 3 weeks later as nothing, they then offer me another 2 treadmills (these are also totally substandard) and in my return email I question them on being legitimate.
Guess what they have gone quiet, shock horror, I think they are in for a quick pay day and I’m still chasing them.
FYI This treadmill is quite a few hundred of dollars so a nice sum for them to be sitting in their bank!!
I was offered 4 different treadmills and all nowhere near what I ordered!

Date 2nd Sept 2025 Update.
The treadmill has finally been delivered after numerous emails, explaining again to different people and they kept saying be patient ffs.
Voyage then decided to offer me a refund (and change review) or wait, I decided to take the refund.
Then miraculously the treadmill is on its way and turned up today ( haven’t unpacked it yet though!).
So five and bit weeks from ordering and paying until I received what I ordered, wow technology is great!!
There you go Voyage Australia review changed, I hope the treadmill doesn’t break as I will be up s^!t creek without a treadmill!!
Oh and are you in Australia as your email responses come through at a late hour or you’re just a hardworking call centre?

Stay away from this company. NO customer service, no one answers the phone and no response to any communication.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Delivery was held at ransom because we needed a special code to provide to the driver. The company was impossible to get hold of via email or phone. After 4 failed attempts at delivery it was returned by the courier company because I could never get a correct code at time of delivery. Now waiting on a refund

First I believe they are Chinese based not Australian , waited for item to arrived , slow if from Queensland , never turned up , emailed Voyage , and was told I had provided incorrect address , Used autofil/Paypal , we pick up all mail from post office, no deliveries in the country , item was never sent.
If you must buy from them use Paypal .

Purchased a product which was out of stock but still advertised on website as “on sale”. Asked for replacement, which was plastic crap compared to the $229 wooden storage box I ordered. Stay away from this company

Scam Alert – Avoid This Company!

I placed an order with this company 10th April 2025 and have yet to receive the product. I've sent emails to the customer service for refund, but they haven’t responded at all. No tracking information, no updates, and definitely no product.

This feels like a total scam. They took my money. Do not trust this company — save your time, money, and frustration. I’m now in the process of reporting them and seeking a refund through my bank.

Ordered a steam cleaner, which required a code when being delivered. I had no email or message to say the delivery was even on route and then did not receive a code even when the delivery driver attempted to resend this said code, even thought my contact details were correct on the order confirmation. The delivery driver informed me that they could not give me my parcel without a code, even though I had given my order number and proof of purchase. The delivery driver then told me to contact the sender, which I did. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls, to which I received no response. Would not purchase from this site again

Purchased condolences hamper that never arrived . Weeks later they advise out of stock. Organised replacement. Never arrived. Still in process of refund ???????

I ordered a ceramic dish set from Voyage Collections Australia on 12 February 2025 and never received my order. After multiple follow-ups, they provided a tracking number over a month later, claiming the package was delivered—but it never arrived. The delivery company confirmed it was never delivered, yet the seller refused to take responsibility, ignored my refund request, and stopped responding.

This company takes your money but won’t help if your order goes missing. Avoid them unless you want to waste time chasing a refund for items you’ll never receive.

Order not sent. Phone number on the website is not answered. Emails ignored. Received a refund after I wrote this review.

Paid for express shipping was not express at all the necklace was so tangled upon arrival not what it seems very tiny not worth the money at all!

Excellent communication with company. Product I purchased wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be and I was offered a complete refund, empathy and understanding, even though perhaps it was my fault in misunderstanding description. I decided to keep product and it’s worked out perfectly fine. Their swift reply to my email exemplified professionalism and their value towards customers, which is rare today; yet so important. Due to this I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you!

It’s a scam website!

I ordered a specific dog nail grinder worth $95, and they sent me one that costs $35. When trying to call the number it would ring out and go to an odd automatic voice mail. Then I emailed them asking for the correct grinder to be sent to me and they apologised and said to return the grinder I received and they’ll send me the correct one. I send the incorrect one back, email them to let them know, then they reply saying they can’t send the correct one because it’s ’out of stock’ and then offered to send the same incorrect grinder back to me. A $35 item from a $95 item.

Don’t waste your time or money on this site. Their price markups are huge (because the incorrect grinder they sent me appears as $95 on their website but when searching other online retailers the value is an average of $35). If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

They sent an inferior product that retails at half the price and never replied. This is an absolute scam site. DO NOT ORDER! I'm reporting them to the ombudsman.

Ordered product on 9th December still waiting almost a month later. Item didn't even get sent till 11 days after order was placed. Despite following it up numerous times still have not received. Tracking now says another delay of 4 days. Would not order again this was supposed to be a Christmas present.

This website seems to be a scam. After driving to the physical store listed, I found it doesn’t even exist!
After trying to call (straight to voicemail) for a ‘new’ address & emailing them, I got a message on FB saying that they don’t have a physical store, just a warehouse, for which they refuse to provide an address. Looking at other online reviews; buyer beware! DO NOT buy from here!
