The customer services people answered all my pre-purchase questions quickly, I received the solar shower in just a couple of weeks, and the shower itself is extremely well-built and sturdy. I look forward to many good years of use. Nice job and thank you all!

The quality was much lower than I expected. Wood is very thin and flimsy, definitely can't use this to bear any weight at all. The top parts were split already before we even assembled it. Assembly was challenging, as some holes weren't even pre-drilled. Interior dimensions are very small, not at all suitable for storing cushions other than small pillows. I will definitely NOT order this brand again.

Very straight forward company, I love when they email me my order has been handed to the carrier and the email shows a pic of my order, I know what order they are talking about, unlike Amazon always confusing me. This is my 4th order, very happy with VidaXL.

They were not able to deliver at my address, which is fair. BUT the customer service department keeps saying that the refund has been made. They are even telling me that my bank is the one causing troubles. I ask them to provide evidence for the withdraw, but they keep telling excuses... On 11. of may I was promised refund within 1-5 working days - it has been 10 working days since.

We have bought products one time before (2022) - the quality was really poor but they were kind to offer a smaller discount..

Horrible service. I went through Wayfair because the product I received from them broke within one week of building. I had purchased the garden bed in August and built it a few days ago. The material is cheap and the instructions were confusing. Wayfair said to email vidaXL because they were the manufacturer. VidaXL said to go to Wayfair. No, I am done and want my money back. Stay away form this business and their goods.

Their Customer Service is appalling. They take no responsibility for poor quality products. They do not replace faulty goods and say they have none in stock when their website says otherwise. The best you’ll get is a voucher which just perpetuates the ordeal as you’re then faced with choosing another product that in my case isn’t fit for purpose.

Response on time and helpful. Since they are learning. Hope they will grow.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Product is JUNK and will be surprised if I ever get a refund. They say to return the product but do not supply a return waybill. Had to call Purolator for the waybill when the email from VidaXL said DHL was picking it up. The chat box is useless and the people who finally answer are worse than the chat box. At 1-226-828-9843 they are almost always closed. STAY AWAY FROM VIDAXL !

This is the worst company ever. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. I order a $1000 couch just for it to be a complete nightmare. When I first received the couch, multiple parts were missing. After 3 months of going back and forth they finally decided to send out replacement parts. Once the replacement parts arrived and I assembled the couch it was complete HELLLL. All the boards on the couch that goes under the cushions completely broke after 2 weeks. The side part of the couch broke and now its a complete whole in the sofa. The material has also ripped within 3 weeks of having the couch. I have asked on multiple occasions for a full refund because this is unacceptable, and not once have I received a response. I was even okay with accepting a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card - but once again no response was received. I will NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND anyone to purchase a couch from this company. They barley respond and when they do, they refuse to take accountability and offer you the lowest refund possible. Who wants a partial refund of $120 after paying $1000 for a couch that broke down within 1 month. Once again DO NOT BUY from this company, you will REGRET it in the end.

Submitted a return claim and weeks later I’m still waiting to ship the product back. Item delivered broken and bent. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update and no response. Last update was blaming the couriers website. That was last week.
Just send me a return label, I’ll put it out for pickup and you’ll refund my money. Not that difficult. No more excuses please.

I really think this should be reported to The Department Of Consumer Affairs. This is a scam of a company. It sends automated responses. I have not had any satisfaction. I will call all the authorities. As well as the credit card company. The order #0011004036220. I want an answer. It is an automated answer. No resolution???
Trust Pilot and Vida XL are the worst. Should be shut down. They are a rip-off. DONT BUY FROM VIDA XL. The raised beds are poor quality.

I am editing this review because customer services contacted me, saying they will take on the feedback for labeling and also offered a small discount by way of apology.

I bought the vidaXL 3-Panel Room Divider Cream White. It is a nice product, BUT it took two people all of our strength and nearly a day to construct it. The parts are not labeled. Some simple "A, B etc" stickers would make it so much easier. Also the brute force required to haul the fabric and poles in to place was exhausting. You will need a good drill, strength and patience.

Bought the “vidaXL Raised Bed with Greenhouse 43.3"x21.3"x47.2" Solid Fir Wood” and I’m highly disappointed with it. It’s cheaply made (however wasn’t cheap in price!) and I have to be aware not to get splinters every time I open the lid. I’ll be lucky if it survives until next summer.

My interaction with the vendor tracked directly with the reviews provided by Trustpilot.com. I ordered two decorative items, a coffee table with storage and a sitting bench with storage. Both items were of solid construction, packed securely, and arrived expeditiously. What more could we ask?

The products ordered were as advertised and the shipping was prompt.

After installing the extra braces I was allowed to keep from a new shelving unit, it has helped alot to support my items. Customer service was very helpful in resolving my complaints with the unit. I would highly suggest they consider including 2 braces for each shelf on future orders.

Après un avis très défavorable publié le 19 avril suite à la réception d'un produit non contrôlé, vidaXL m'a contacté dès le lendemain pour me proposer plusieurs solutions pour résoudre mon problème (dédommagement, retour du produit...).Après plusieurs échanges par retour, nous nous sommes entendus sur la proposition de dédommagement financier et l'argent était sur mon compte en banque le 24 avril.
Si le service contrôle était inexistant, le SAV ne pouvait pas être plus efficace : BRAVO
4 étoiles et pas 5 car je garde en mémoire les déconvenues lors du montage
