Good product, fast delivery, everything is well, will order again

Avoid this company!! First delivery only half of it arrived. Then when we opened the box 3 of the pieces were badly damaged. This was on 12th April and 2 weeks later I am STILL waiting for a replacement. They emailed me to say that the replacement desk was dispatched on 18th April but when I track my parcel, it says its still with the sender. When I queried this just more lies. They simply don't care about their customers and just lie. Absolutely rubbish products and rubbish customer service. I will never use this company again.

My dogs love that they are sharing their cage space together! Perfect size for my patio. Great product and delivery was very efficient!

I have been attempting to contact this company for the last week and a half to return a product. I keep opening a request on their website to get back to me, but nobody does. Today I spent over an hour chatting with numerous bots on their "Live chat" because it seems that no humans actually work there in customer service. There is no number to contact them. Good luck to anyone who needs to return or replace an order. Worst experience ever.

Bought a bench came completely broken and destroyed. Sent email, pictures they acknowledge they receive but then say they didn’t and close dispute. Worst company to deal with

- quick shipping
- no missing parts
- easy to install/setup
- sturdy

Not good
- quality(parts don't align - top of table is uneven
- slightly damaged(not shipping damage but just chips)
- finish(probably need to paint over the black part as it's colour is breaking in places and looks meh)

For the price it's ok so didn't bother complaining but would prefer to price the item slightly higher but give better quality. People expect to get what you see and this was disappointing.

I informed the company about a problem with an open package and spilling of contents into the shipping bag. I was sent replacements. Very nice customer service.

Quality product; quick delivery. Very pleased.

Order a folding shower enclosure

1. Delivery was very late even though they claimed it was next day.

2. The trim that comes with the screen is about 10mm too small. So I had to pay £25 for trim from elsewhere.

3. The door does not sit straight so moves over the bath.

4. Customer service was poor, they send one useless message a day.

Missing Part and Damaged Part for £219 Cat Tree.

Item arrived super quick which I was impressed with but the top cat bed was missing from the parcel and is a key part of the cat tree. The wooden post has a massive split and not just the usual splits in wood - for £219 I would expect better quality and checking before the box is sent out that all parts are good quality and match the picking list of parts. I bought via ebay so have had to initiate a return but it would have been easier to ask for replacement parts to make it right. I hope they can do this rather than sending it back.

It is been 3 emails and still do not send a legal invoice.

They do not want to change a wrong invoice send it without VAT number.

Only wasting time

I didn’t read any reviews before I purchased from this company! My nest of tables are not what I expected but I actually really like them, the down side every table has a chip in it which is very disappointing especially since they are white so quite noticeable !! My advice is check every piece of the wood before you assemble it, I didn’t so it’s my own fault!! Disappointing though.

It has been over a week I am trying to get some help for a damaged panel but they keep pushing me around and then don't respond.

I ordered a product from vidaxl 10 days ago and according to the company they are unable to locate my payment. I have a cleared PayPal payment and credit card charge. I have contacted them every day since day 1, where I was promised they would take no more than 6 days (what?!) to locate it. The payment details were all provided including screenshots of the payment. It is trivial to match this. In response, many emails have gone ignored, their chat agent has abruptly closed the chat on me, I have received no reasonable response. A PayPal dispute was made several days ago which has had zero interaction or response from the company as well. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had in just attempting to get an order placed online in my life and I’ve been online shopping since the 90s.

Timber is very poor quality, splinting and not of exact sizes
Instructions are really tricky to follow
The final product is not sturdy at all
Screws and bolts are of terrible quality as well
I have built many sheds and they usually come in a few parts, this one is to fully assemble piece by piece (not specified on the site).
I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Habe bei VidaXL den falschen Artikel bestellt, da aber der Versand schon im gange war, konnte die Firma nichts mehr tun. Haben mir aber sehr gute Tipps gegeben und der Artikel ging wieder ohne Probleme zurück... Es wurde sofort auf Emails geantwortet... Nein, ich wurde für diese Bewertung nicht bezahlt! Bin einfach nur sehr zufrieden mit VidaXL... Sehr gute Preise. Ich kann diesen online Händler sehr empfehlen.

Den Artikel kann ich noch nicht bewerten, da das Gehege noch verschenkt und aufgestellt wird.

Musste meine Bewertung leider nach unten korrigieren.

Artikel ist mittlerweile aufgebaut... Schade das der dazugehörige Draht nicht geeignet ist!!! Musste nochmal 240€ investieren damit das Gehege Marder-/Ratten- und Mäusedicht wird😭😭😭Das sollte leider nicht der Sinn eines Komplettsets sein! 🙄
