I’m satisfied with the solutions offered to me. I was given two options and chose one of them. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and straightforward their response was. This was my first purchase from vidaXL, but the way they handled the issue has made me feel confident about shopping with them again.

Very chaotic instruction. Not detailed enough. Missing parts. Not all parts were numbered. Made it very difficult to assemble. Definitely will try avoiding ordering from vidaXL!

I am a long term customer and have multiple orders. Some of the purchases are really great in terms of price and quality, others not that good. What I really like is the free shipping and hassle free returns.
The reason I am rating their services with 2 stars is the technical issue I keep reporting for few months now through all communication channels and I am not receiving any resolution.
Bot answer like " we are sorry to hear..." are not appreciated! This is another sign that the company doesn't care about the user's difficulties and disappointments.

Got the wrong and cheaper dining table.
I requested a pickup for 3 times but they want me to drive for 2 hours to bring them the table back or no refund.
For their mistake..i will deliver the table.. but there will be a formel complaint to the headquarters in the Netherlands.

Ordered glass, and it is arrived without any option to check before accept. Of course parcel has been rejected. I contacted them, by the way it was no option to use Bulgarian language. Anyway they promise that on the second attempt I will be able to see if the glass was compromised before accepting it. Once it arrives again I have noticed that outer packaging was all the way damaged. During the check courier marked it as delivered, so was no option but to take it. Guess what it was scratched and one of the corners was chipped. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Beautiful bed! Fast delivery, and it looks exactly as pictured.

I ordered a coffee table that came with damage to both tops, it seems that it was packaged that way, it's not shipping damage or even if we did it.
Regarding the return policy, we have to return it to another country, personally I think this is intentional so that the customer can refuse to return it since the return price is 70% of the value of the table.
Fraud from everywhere, I do not recommend shopping there.

The product is made from cheap materials and is not so stable. Didn’t worth the price

Изпратиха ми зле ушита тента и ме мотаха от кол центъра, за да изтърва срока за връщане.
Никога повече няма да си купя от тях нещо, разочароваха ме още с 1вата ми покупка.

The assembly instructions for the cabinet are unsatisfactory. There is no explanation of how to install the rails. The holes do not align. In practice, I am unable to assemble it, which means it is fit for the trash. Furthermore, the panels have numerous defects and are of poor quality.

If I could give no stars, I would do that. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. They sent me the wrong product (which is cheaper than what I ordered), and I requested a full refund. I sent pictures (as they asked for them) and explained the case. Asked them to organize the shipping back and to cover it, as it is their mistake. They did nothing. They were waiting for the 14-day period to pass, but still no word from them. I'll leave bad reviews everywhere and contact the consumer protection authorities in my country and their country. Lost about 500 euros. I would never order from them, and I'd advise anyone who's having any thoughts about ordering from them to never order from Vida XL.

Since it won't let me respond to your comment below, I'll leave this update here to tell other people not to purchase anything from you. The so-called "best solution" for me was you suggesting me to refund me 15%, but the thing is - I overpaid, because the so-called product that "doesn't meet my expectations" is simply the wrong and cheaper one. You sent me the wrong one, and now you just want to send me a small refund, so at the end I still pay in full and you're writhng bulshit as a response here. And by the way, I met the deadline and sent all the requested information immediately. You simply kept stalling me until the deadline had passed, so you could wash your hands of the matter.
