If I could give them a 0, I would. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them. The price one of my items was $532 when I placed my order online.
2 days later they send an invoice charging me $60 more!
when I write customer service they claim "we can't do anything if the price went down"
The price did NOT go down, they overcharged me.

Not to mention the color they shipped me is entirely the wrong color & they are offering a measly $6 credit for that mistake, which is a complete joke off a $600+ order value.

For several months I have tried to get my money back for a parasol that was supposed to be excellent.
It brok down after one week.
I paid 1400 DKK for it and they offered me 150 DKK as a full compensation 😱😡
I had to show the Danish law of traiding, as if they didn't know it, to get them to change their mind.
After a long mail correspondence I were allowed to get goods for the full amount. Just write it here in this mail they said.
I did. They accepted the order ant then nothing happend.
Today, another fourth night after, I write them to ask where my order is. AND THEY ASK ME FOR THE ORDER NUMBER!
Al the correspondence is in mails, and it is al an answer to the prior mail. Everything is in the last mail.
They are stalling and stalling.
I am so pi s s e d of.
Give me my goods or my money back.
Full amount!

To be honest, I was dreading the customer service experience with this company, based on some reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised when they resolved an issue with fairness and expediency, making every effort to communicate and move the process along as seamlessly as possible. Because of this, I would order from them again. BTW, they have a nice daily auction on their site, offering a variety of new items to the highest bidder. Worth checking out!

Terrible customer service literary non existent. I am trying for two weeks to communicate with someone regarding an issue with the invoice and noone cares to answer or solve a simple issue. Once i got contacted by some weird speaking person sounded like russian accent trying to speak greek who didn't understand a clue about my issue. Very bad company stay away if you dont need problems. Its all automated responses and nothing else

Lack of customer care and service. I bought two sun longer for two months now and one of them was damage on arrival and I'm still waiting for the replacement. I'm still waiting to someone collect the damage one and the new one has never arrived.

Fast delivery! Both packages arrived on the same day. It would be even better if both packages arrived at same time.

the instruccions of yhe VidaXL Condizionatore Mobile 3 in 1 Bianco e Nero 480x340x980 mm 120 W are so awful, there are no videos on line to see how the water has been put in, i wrote to a e mail that cant' be reached. terrible expirence

I selected one star because there is no other alternative, for zero...I ordered a set of terrace chairs, on May 23rd, order ID 0040000537220, two of the chairs are already broken. I paid 400 EUR (1650 RON) and I lost the money. I am afraid to use the other two, so I needed to buy somethin else. I will contact local authorities in Romania to sue the company, it is not acceptable.

Product came exactly as advertised, the delivery time is a bit long.

We bought 2 garden raised beds made of acacia 200x100x50. The instructions were clear, the raised bed was easy to assemble and had a good look. But, once filled with garden soil, the parts disassemble, the screws being too short and the wood too thin. I would not go over the 100x50x50 with this product and, even then, I have doubts.

I am still in an ongoing game to get my money back. I was sent an extremely broken bench- waited 2 weeks for a return label, had to repackage and bring back to ups. The next day a replacement was sent in a completely broken and open box that was worse than the first. There is no customer service number and getting a shipping label to return is a nightmare!!!! I’m literally on by 10 th call about a piece of furniture I was a refund for for about a month now! They are extremely hard to deal with. I will never ever ever order anything else from them and neither will anyone I know

Assembly instructions are unclear, material is terrible quality (i bought a metal cabinet and some of the parts would not fit into each other, because the metal arrived warped), i still haven’t been able to put cabinet together and it’s been a couple of hours over different days. The cabinet is good looking but that doesn’t matter if I cant put it together

It was my first time to order in vidaXL. Product was much better than expected. But the package wasn’t good. When the product delivered, the box already damaged.

The cabinet was delivered in a timely manner and fully assembled except for installation of a few knobs. It was packaged very well and was in perfect condition. It’s both beautiful and functional.

Very low-quality material and poor design. The Cam lock fittings broke! The cover was not stable at all after the assembly. So, I had to put multiple extra clamping plates to increase the strength of the product. I would not recommend this to anyone!

I have ordered with this company a few times and love the items I purchased for my home.
