I’m very disappointed
I’m very disappointed, my name is Paul Harrison ,my bond number is 5006879 and I expected a payment in December 2025 which never arrived.this could be because you sent it to a closed account possibly my fault as i changed banks to the bank of Scotland some time ago although the previous payments all arrived with no problem.your staff sent me a claim form which I posted to you 6 January and have heard nothing since?

Very helpful today
I spoke today with the customer service agent Maryse who was very helpful and managed to complete the payment that I requested.
Maryse could not have been more helpful; however, this was needed to resolve a situation that had been taking too much time, and both I and my financial adviser had had to put a lot of pressure to get the payment in time.

Uncertainties since the contract statements
I believe that Utmost personnel are doing o good job under difficult conditions insomuch as the overall management and administration of the bond funds and safeguards are not under one hat. Aviva have the fund managers and Utmost front line personnel carry the cans. The system has been altered to allow uncertainties to be introduced by removing guarantees and posativities given by values historic pledges and terms and conditions.
