Good service with a great product
A few weeks after we had placed our order and David had been to make his survey, we had the call to make the final arrangement. Chris fitted our stairlift in a full morning, with no mess at all. Both of the staff we met were patient with us and made sure we understood what to expect. The installation fits well into our house and the lift runs reasonably quietly. Now we can feel like Mary Poppins as we soar over the stairs!

From making first contact everything just went as according to plan.Dion called within a few days and checked out our stairs and said that they could install the stairlift without any problems.Dion explained everything and how much it would cost and also the initial deposit.Once the deposit was made Dion came back within a few days and installed the stairlift within a few hours,he explained how to use the stairlift which was very easy to understand and straightforward. We are very pleased with the stairlift and T K home solutions, couldn’t have been any easier.Well done and thank you very much.

Instant decision once seen and tested!
After a visit to see the stairlift in action, it was immediately ordered due to its moderate pricing but particularly its modern appearance and furthermore the first hand trial 'run' proved how simple and easy it would be to use. Installed quickly by the friendliest of teams who just could not do enough to help with instructions and familiarity. It is a wonderful blessing and has improved life so much. So relaible and quiet in action. We highly recommend TK Solutions.

Erstklassiger Service

First class service
From the initial enquiry made to the actual fitment of my mums stairlift was first class. TK Home Solutions made the whole experience simple and straightforward. Our enquiry was handled by sales consultant David who was very professional and knowledgeable thus meaning he could answer all the questions raised around this purchase. The installation was carried out by Chris who did a top job and was very respectful of my mums home. Everybody that I have had dealings with at this company are very courteous and extremely helpful. All in all a great company to deal with and fully justifiable of the Which recommendation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TK Home Solutions to anybody looking for a Stairlift. Thank you for making this purchase so easy and the benefit that my mum will get from this lift thus allowing her to remain in the family home hopefully for years to come.

An excellent experience
The sales consultant who came to assess the stairs situation w.r.t. fitting a lift and to provide a quote was pleasant, spent time to explain aspects in detail and worked effciently. At no time was there any sales pressure. Similarly, the installation engineer was great and completed the installation of this quality engineering product within 3 hrs. In all, an excellent experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience your husband experienced.
After looking into this issue, we found that the length of delay was due to sourcing specific parts from an external manufacturer for your lift, to which we ensured your local council was aware of the situation and was happy to offer assistance.
We understand how frustrating this must have been and did our best to expedite the process. Your experience is not reflective of our usual service standards, and we appreciate your patience.
If you have any further concerns, please reach out to us directly and we will be happy to assist you further.
