Our stairlift wasn’t working
Our stairlift wasn’t working, on Thursday, 22nd October 26, so I immediately rang the 24 hour service. I hung up after 15 minutes, when I was asked to leave a message. I then emailed the Company asking for someone to ring me immediately. I then, again rang the 24 hour service number 01642704870, only once again after 15 mins, being asked to leave a message, which I did, explaining that my husband was stranded upstairs, and could someone ring me back immediately. It is now 5.20 pm, no response whatsoever, given that the Company purport to provide a 24 hour service. The lack of any response is completely unacceptable, and given that the office is now closed until Monday, I am left anticipating a very, very difficult situation, regarding him being unable to use the stairs. It would appear TK Home Solutions do not honour their 24 hour emergency service, neither does anyone answer the phone calls.

A new chapter in our life has opened - no need to downsize now.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The timescale between enquiry and fitting was most acceptable and the quality of the product vastly improves my quality of life on two floors! Great Product and Great Service
In the times we live in, people are often quick to complain but rarely take the time to recognise when a service has genuinely gone above and beyond expectations. I felt it was therefore important to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent experience I have had with TKE Home Solutions.
My mother recently completed the purchase of a stairlift from TKE Home Solutions, and throughout the process, my many interactions with the TKE team were exemplary. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and, importantly, genuinely caring.
All the team members demonstrated an attitude and commitment that, in my view, epitomises what excellent customer service should be. Their approach, in what could have been a challenging process for me, was straightforward and reassuring.
As to the product itself, my mother is absolutely delighted with the quality and ease of use. It has made such a positive difference to her life and wellbeing.

Abysmal call out service
Abysmal call out service. Logged call at 6.00pm via their immediate response service. One hour later called back to be told the call hasn’t even been passed on. Asked to speak to a supervisor. An hour later I phoned again asking to speak to a supervisor to be told there wasn’t one available. Eventually a very apologetic engineer arrived. Ironically we live within five minutes walk of their offices. I will be escalating this deplorable service that left my disabled wife without access to toilet facilities for over three hours to the council my local MP and relevant FB groups. Dispicable treatment of disabled people

Chis from TKE has done a brilliant job installing the Stair Lift. He’s explained everything as he went along which was very reassuring.
My stairs are not easy. They are spiral on 3 floors and are narrow. Chris checked everything as he was installing and afterwards when checking the installation with me in the chair.
He is a very charming and pleasant young man. He worked hard to install the Stair Lift and to explain everything. Thank you

Roger came round to service lift found no grease on track and fitted new wheels as bumping also bottom hinge banging put damper on. Done a excellent job stair lift working a lot better 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent from start to finish
The two engineers arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful. The stair lift was fitted without fuss ( or mess!) and I was given helpful instructions.... and a couple of rides,,,, to show me how to use it. The whole experience has been positive from the first contact with the firm, the sales operative ( very informative and non pushy!!) and the fitting today. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting a stair lift.

Great Service
Right, the local representative and subsequent intervention by the Area Manager was brilliant. The equipment is excellent but sadly the installer damaged the carpet and didn't mention it! When we contacted the company they were on it straightaway and dealt with the problem promptly replacing the whole carpet without any quibble.

Quality service and product. No pressure to buy.
We were pleased to see Which magazine's report on TKE stair lifts and the positive feedback from customers.
The showroom and survey staff were helpful in providing information and suggesting the best model to meet the needs of my father-in-law, all of this without obligation.
There was no pressure to buy or chase up a sale at any point.
This company only supplies equipment that they have manufactured themselves so they know the product well. The company also makes commercial lifts and escalators giving confidence that the chair lift is safe and robust.
The installation was arranged for our soonest convenient date and went without a hitch, being completed in less time than expected. The installer gave a demonstration, gave time to ensure all questions were answered and was confident in his knowledge.
I am confident that, although not the lowest price solution on the market, that the quality of the product, the 2 year warranty and the 365 day a year breakdown service offer good value for money.
I can recommend this product.

Honest reliable service from start to installation & beyond
From David first visiting my mums house to Chris who fitted the stairlift everything was brilliant,professional & they are obviously used to explaining things to the older clients in a respectful manner. Mum accidently pressed the emergency stop button in the middle of the night telling me over the phone at 2.30am it won't work ! I rang the repair telephone number the next morning (Sunday) & an engineer went out to check the stairlift (I'd already realised what mum had done & let the engineer know) he was lovely to mum explained everything to her incase it happened again. TKE were recommended to us by mum's neighbour & we would now also recommend them. Thankyou
