TKE Home Solutions UK Recenzje

We felt TKE beat other stairlifts on all points. We liked the product, with its single rail. Kevan the surveyor answered all our questions and he did not pressure us to buy. The price was lower than the nearest rival and it was installed within three weeks.

Thank you to Conner for a job well done. He installed the chair lift, quickly and with minimal disruption. His friendly and professional manner put us at ease and he explained how to use the stairlift in a clear and effective way.

Conner who fitted the stair lift was polite and courteous. Got on with the job, left no mess. Ensuring the stair lift was just right for me. He made sure I could get past with my wheelchair and put a hand rail at the top for me to grab so I could get off the stair lift safely

The company is amazing polite reliable hard working I felt safe with the people in my house which I weren t lookin forward to ad I'm nt very sociable but everythin went great n thanku fr everything

Fantastic service

The work was carried out swiftly and smoothly and I was trained on the new Stairlift and got answers to all questions promptly.

Shame about Salford council taking almost 2 years to approve but that’s not TK’s fault

First class service. Would recommend.

Very good, professional, friendly staff. The guy that came he was everything you would want. Quick, tidy, took time to explain everything. I would use this company again and recomend them to family and friends

Great job friendly installers

Helpful, considerate, caring and friendly service taking all your needs into consideration.

Everything went fine fitters very professional got on with the job no mess explained operation of the lift

Had a curved stairlift fitted late June this year. The whole experience was very good, with the electrician and plumber (to remove a radiator) coming out before the fit date to complete all necessary works for the fit, to the engineer that installed the lift. There was very little disruption to the household and all patching work was completed. The lift itself is brilliant and the after sales service has so far been great (only had to call them once to a minor problem but it was dealt with quickly and the problem rectified within 2hrs of me calling)

I was impressed by their work ethic. They were very polite and and understood my privacy is important. They worked professionally on their jobs and cleaned up afterwards. I would headhunt them if I were in competition with your business, honestly. Thanks for the experience.

Recently had a stairlift fitted. The fitter was friendly and polite. He explained how to use the stairlift in a way that even my 4 year old grandson was able to use it. And no mess to clean up afterwards. Thank you for a job well done.

THE LADS COULDN'T HAVE DONE MORE FOR ME ! ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS ITS "SLOW" BUT TO BE FAIR IT'S DOWN TO THE SHAPE OF MY STAIRCASE SO I JUST HAVE TO GET ON WITH IT ! "BUT" WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM THE LADS CAME STRAIGHT OUT AND SORTED IT FOR ME !!! CAN'T FAULT THEM ! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

The stairlift looks amazing and has improved my quality of life as I feel safer going up and downstairs and reach the bathroom without breathing difficulties.
The electrician did a fantastic job and didn't stop till the job was done and the two engineers that fitted the stairlift were friendly funny left no mess and had loads of patience when explaining how to use the lift and what to do if anything should go wrong.
