Finally found a cable that doesn’t break in a month! This thing is tough, and I love that it doesn’t tangle. Worth every penny!

Placed an order for some Titan cables. After a week of no shipping notifications I emailed customer support. I had a response within 2 hours and the next day received notification that my products were shipped.
Great products and even better customer support. Can't go wrong with that!

I had a problem with a Titan cable. This was discouraging because it was only a little over a month old and was basically useless. However, I contacted customer service. Once I explained the problem, they sent me a replacement cable very quickly. I am more than happy with the product and the customer service!

I lodged a warranty claim online for 2 broken 4 in 1 cables which was dealt with promptly & fairly, to my surprise they had actually replaced 4 cables which was a really nice gesture & greatly appreciated. Thank you for making this process so easy & standing by your cables lifetime warranty.

I sent an email about a defective cable and got an automatic reply. I replied to their email twice about my situation and was totally ghosted.
They ignored my plea but started sending me their marketing email non-stop.
Unsubscribed and will refrain from buying from them again.

I got the smart cable free with a headset purchase and it has been awesome!
So when my wife and I decided to travel the world I got 2 of the 4 in 1 super tough cables thinking they would be long lasting and handy… first week my phone must have fallen off my nightstand and where the usb-c was plugged into the wall it bent rendering a $30 cable useless…

I had been a loyal customer, buying many many cables over the years to supply myself, work, family, etc. . I placed another order on 2/12/25. They claim orders arrive in 5-10 business days, but it's been nearly 15 business days, and their tracking page shows it hasn't even shipped. At least that was 2 days ago. I reached out to support and they were gave no answers and have ghosted me

I Have started a dispute for the charges with my CC company.

I ordered a cable off them and it broke by the head of the charger where it goes into the phone. I ordered a replacement cable and not even 6 months after getting that one it broke in the same spot as the old one. When I told them they both broke I was told I had to re-purchase the "indestructible" cable. It still breaks the same as the other cables

I love these guys - the products are all excellent and every year I get charging leads for little Christmas presents. Customer service is excellent.

I'm a returning customer and have purchased several cables from them for friends and family. So far, only my wife has managed to break one, and at the time, the company offered a lifetime warranty, which they honored at no extra cost after I provided a video showing that the cable was no longer charging.

I've just ordered more now that the iPhone has switched to USB-C connectivity.

The only area for improvement would be the shipping time, which is a bit long. But honestly, who cares when the quality is this good?

Fantastic cables they are the best!! Just a shame I ordered mine at Chinese New Year had to wait over 3 weeks for delivery.

I have 2 cables of Titan 100W 4-in-1 Cable that are no longer working. The first cable charfing peace broke easily- The second cable is not fast charging. When my Samsung S24 Ultura is 33%, I receive a charging time of 8 hours and 10 minutes until full charge.

The Folding Wireless 3-in-1 Dock™. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra. I do not game on my phone. I have tried the troubleshooting steps, but there is no change. In fact, the charger I received from Samsung charges the phone much faster.

We use brand new phones iPhone 16pro max and s24 ultra and clearly the phone in picture stated charging time 8hrs on your fast charging wire and another of your charger with a broken tip, and 3hrs charging time on your fast wireless charger with your own wire attached to it. Our own charger that Samsung and iPhone provide for us can do better then yours apparently with 1-2 hrs charging time. It can't get any clearer then that, so please we would like at least an exchange for what we paid for is a "fastest charger". And iv seen other reviews that other people had same kind of issues especially with the wire ones.

I reached out and they were quick to explain what the issue was and that it's been fixed. So I placed another order. They claim orders arrive in 5-10 business days, but it's been nearly 15 business days, and their tracking page shows it hasn't even shipped. At least that was 2 days ago. Now their website is inaccessible AGAIN. I reached out to support and they were quick to say they'd look into it, but have since ghosted me. They're not responding to multiple emails or FB messenger inquiries.

At this point I will NOT be editing/deleting my review like I did for them last time, and I WILL be disputing the charges with my CC company.

I use multiple devices daily, and the Titan Power Plus has simplified my life. I can connect my laptop, phone, and tablet with one cable instead of juggling different ones. The quality is fantastic, and it’s super durable. Worth every penny!
