They got back to me in a timely manner and assured my products were the way.

Cords were great for 2 years, both stopped charging and I reached out to customer support (edit-on multiple platforms)and added attached receipts- lifetime warranty and replacement is WORTHLESS if there isn’t support and staff to stand behind the product- WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY

I ordered a product on a Sunday, and noticed it hadn't shipped a couple days later. Sent in an inquiry about it, which customer support said they'd follow up with shipping, to which I had to send follow up emails.
I requested a cancellation of the order which still hadn't shipped for week and a half from when the order was placed, but never received a response on that.
Finally received a notification it did ship out, and was told it would take a month to receive the products.

I am the same as Michael. My goods were really late and then when they finally turned up they were in damaged boxes and ic not even certain if everything even works properly yet. I have messaged them 4/5 occasions and I only had 2 response which was over 7 days ago just telling me to be patient. I would recommend using someone else.

The ends don’t wiggle or loosen like other cables. It feels premium and performs even better.

This cable survived my kid’s constant bending and yanking. Honestly impressed.

No response from support – very disappointingI’ve submitted 3-4 support tickets and never received a reply.

It’s frustrating and honestly quite surprising that a company wouldn’t get back to its customers at all.

Bought two 3 meter cables and one 1 meter cable. All three have given issues with charging at times but the quality in the 3 meter ones was rubbish.
The cable cover comes away from the ends. Reported to Titan, they eventually replaced one and told me to fix the other with electrical tape.

I have just bought new charging cables from Aliexpress, 5 cables for €17 that look similar to Titans and are 120w charge and data.

Absolutely love these charge cables. This is the 2nd lot I have bought.
This time was for my partner, my original ones are still going strong from 4 years ago.

I placed two orders recently and received both without any issues.

Hands down these cords are the nicest ones made on the market! I have always tried newer cords from all over and but none of them say super fast charging on your phone when being used like the Titan cord does. I have had a couple small issues here and there but these guys have always sent replacement cord immediately. I highly recommend these guys over all the different cords company's right now 100%!

Since switching to Titan Power Cables, I have never regretted it. In the 8 years we've been using them, we've tried others, but always come back. And we've only had to replace 2 in that time frame (we have several cats and a dog that have shredded other cables). If you have never used them, I strongly encourage you to do so.

Got the longer one, and it’s perfect for using my phone while charging. Plus, it doesn’t get stiff or break like cheap ones!

Definitely the best cables I've purchased in the many years of cell phones and cables ! Does actually charge faster ! They may not last forever but what does , they definitely have lasted longer then any other cable I've used ! Will purchase again when in need.

The only cables you need! Durable and convenient. Great customer service (Kennedy) answering almost right away. The only thing - is long delivery time.

I have always bought from Titan Plus.

However, I bought 3 of your convertible chargers - 1 for my wife, 1 for my son and 1 for myself. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are with this product. It doesn’t charge our iPads, nor our iPhones.

I would be surprised if this is the first time Titan have received this feedback. I have bought many things over the years from Titan Power Plus and have always been happy. However, in this case they have got it so wrong. Considering the cost, these are white elephants or lemons. Don’t buy it!

What’s more when I raised this they said that these are under a 60 day warranty. Not their standard lifetime warranty.

Shame on you titan. You’ve lost a lifetime customer for life.
