The build quality is good. I've dropped it a few times and it's still going strong.

Good company to deal with . Got a phone lead from them and it went faulty as there was a lifetime guarantee on it they did offer a replacement which I am awaiting. The only thing because I am in my 70 s found it hard to show proof of faulty lead . But got there in the end .looking forward getting my new lead as they are brilliant.

Fixed my problem fast and were professional.

Cable worked and customer service was good until the Titan Smart Cables I have stopped working. I have been waiting now for 2 months with no response to any of my 5 emails/contact from their website. I guess they do not honor their "Lifetime Warranty" anymore or just ignore customers when its time to use the "Lifetime Warranty".

I’ve had Titan products before, and they’ve always been very good, hence trying to buy some new ones.
However, for me the problem lies in their delivery/fulfilment service. Delivery times are extraordinarily long, with no communication apart from advertising.
It wasn’t until I contacted them I started to get shipping updates (saying it hadn’t been dispatched). So they’re good at answering you, but the answers are pretty meaningless unless something actually happens.
Great shame, I won’t be buying from them again after this experience.

Amazing customer services on numerous occasions, very efficient and very professional throughout, excellent products and I would definitely recommend Titan to anybody and everybody, I wouldn’t go to shop anywhere else, even though I’m from the United Kingdom.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered cables on 27th May, allowed for the 8-13 days shipping on their website. Lots of spam mail from the company, but no update on order. I check on their 'track my order' facility on their website - goods still not shipped. Contacted their customer services 4 times - no response other than an automated email. Now seeking a full refund of £81. Absolutely rubbish company - avoid at all costs.

These cables are poor quality and absolutely do not last as advertised. The “lifetime warranty” is meaningless, as the company ignores requests, dodges responsibility, and refuses to follow through. Extremely disappointing product and even worse customer service. Save your money and look elsewhere.

My cable broke very soon after delivery, patched it up with some tape, however with a policy that says "will never break" and "will last you for the rest of your life" their entire target audience must be on palliative care.
Sent in a support-ticket on March 18th 2024, I have still not received an answer despite reminders. To Jack, whoever he might be, is acting more like spam with his mail every two days (almost as if these cables are some kind of fresh produce) my support-ticket is 250130

It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order, no up dares. I have reached out to customer service numerous times and no one responds. Do not purchase. They are keeping everyone’s money and not delivering the product.

Their chargers are amazing, I ordered a charger and a travel bag got a power bank pro-bono, the charger charges at 3000+mA however here comes the disappointment, the travel bag sucks, the quality is so bad it makes me look like a success story, zippers fall off and you can get the same brand but way nicer for cheap on Ali. The power bank is nothing to look at either, charges very slow and the mechanism with the magnets means you'll loose the charging capabilities in no time and it gets stuck in your port, overall stay away from their products apart from their chargers

I ordered some cables with the expectation they’d be shipped within the 24-48 hours stated in the company website. They have not shipped more than two weeks later.

One week after the order, I inquired as to the status. A day later, I received notice a shipping label had been created. However, more than a week after this notice, the order still had not shipped.

I’ve tried to contact the company several times. They have not answered. I have asked for a refund and to cancel the order several times Again, no response from the company.

It seems this company is a front for scammers interested in only getting your money and not delivering on their promises.

I have purchased a number of products over the last few years and they have all been great.
I had one cable (purchased 3 or 4 years ago) that began having problems. I contacted them via messenger just to show a picture informing them of the issue just to let them know.
Within a day they had reviewed the photo shown and dispatched a replacement despite it being several years old!!!
Fantastic customer service and long term care of their customers. I am super impressed and somewhat shocked!!

I have ordered from Titan a few times now and are very happy with their cords. The last cord I purchased before Christmas was a four in one cord. I found it wasn’t working, very flaky and found if you jiggled the cord a bit, the light would go on and off, therefore a faulty wire inside. I contacted Titan and sent the video and explained the problem and in no time I had a response from them and they quickly sent me a new cord to rectify the problem.

I first ordered some Titan smart cables for iPhone in 2021 and again in 2022 and 2024. On every occasion I received faulty cables, this latest order one of two of the cables I bought were faulty, they replaced one after lots of them trying to get out of it even though they offer a supposed “ lifetime warranty”. I thought the matter ended until I discovered the cable they sent me doesn’t fit in my iPhone with the case on (all my other Titan cables do however), I explained this to them and was told there was nothing they would do about it and refer to their website where it said they were not responsible for cables not fitting in phones with cases on. Wow, how many people would want a cable that won’t charge their phone in its case I wonder? Point blank will never buy from them again ever and NOR SHOULD YOU. SCAMMERS trying to get rich quick without any care for the customer!

I ordered 2 cables about 2 years ago, 1 is still going but is compromised so it was time to get another before it was too late. In our house there's one iPhone and 1 samsung. I went in for a deal on their combination cable. It's a 3 or 4 in one flat cable, heavy hardware ends. I also got a new phone at the same time so when I had trouble with a loose connection on the C plug, I thought it was my phone. Got another cheap cable out eventually and there is no problem with the connection. These new cables they sent me also do not allow fast charging! I checked their website and found that they only warranty 30 days on their cables. 30 days! They tell you they last almost forever but they only warranty them for 30 days. And yes as others have said, you can wait a long time for them to arrive as they come in on a slow boat from the UK.

I ordered my products on May 1st with the understanding it would take 10-15 days for delivery. Time passed and I asked about it with their support and I was told they would follow up. After not hearing anything I followed up again and they told me they would make another request and let me know. I then reached out to them via Facebook and they said one of my items wasn't in stock and they had it now and my item would be there in a week. I let it go and at least I knew what was going on. But then it updated to "Order Ready" on May 13th but nothing was done after. So I sent a new inquiry asking for a phone number I could contact. They replied and asked what my issue was. I explained it and they told me my order was on the way. I explained that it wasn't and they couldn't tell me where my package was and I wanted a number I could talk to. They ignored me. I then reached out again via Facebook because they were more helpful last time but was ignored there as well. As of today, May 30th, 2025, I have requested a refund and I still have not received any of my order from Titan Power Plus.

The Titan Power Plus is rock solid. After a few weeks of daily use ,bending, tugging, dropping, it still looks brand new.

I’ve gone through dozens of chargers over the years, and most fail at the connector within a few months. Not this one
