I ordered several units because the one I have works great. I was charged for the order a month ago and still no tracking details. Contacted the company and was told the order would be coming soon. Still no tracking.
Are they waiting for a large volume before starting the manufacturing process? Is this a ponzi scheme where they charge customers first and wait for the large quantity of orders to manufacture the product?

I’ve ordered from this company in the past and have gotten my charger quickly and was good quality. They have grown as a company and unfortunately cannot provide any accurate or updated shipping information. I ordered on 6/25 as my charger wasn’t working. I asked for shipping updates several times. I then saw non updated shipping information ( ships from China) definitely not as told 5-10 business days. They acknowledged that they have “problems” with the information not being updated. I’ve reached out several times and finally asked to cancel this order. They asked me several times to be patient. I have not received my charger, no accurate updates from China. Very disappointing, would not recommend this company .
Update: finally received the charger, sent the wrong one. I threw out the package and they wanted a pic of the “ label” you have the ability to use your crappy tracking system, check there. Would absolutely never recommend this company. Lie after lie.

I would give this garbage company a zero review if it was possible.
I purchased a range of chargers and cables for an international trip. They were purchased 3 weeks before the trip giving ample time for shipping.
Upon payment the email I received indicated delays in shipping and offered a free cancellation. I immediately contacted them to confirm if the items would get to me int ime. The response simply was, we will check and get back to you. Then nothing.
So 24 hrs later I contacted again. A day later I contacted again. And multiple times for 2 weeks I contacted them. Each time asking for the order to be cancelled as it won't arrive before I leave. I tried email, their website and Facebook page. Not a single actual response. Until the day before I leave... I get a reply stating the items have now been shipped so a refund is not possible.
Meanwhile I purchased equivalent items from Amazon who delivered the very next day!

Do NOT waste your time and money on this rubbish company. Customer service ZERO!

I ordered chargers and cables over two weeks ago and have tried to get these people to tell me where my order is and they send me the same computer generated message about how busy they are and that I should go to FAQ to get my answers. What the hell good is that gonna do me.

I placed an order with TITAN POWER+ expecting delivery within 5 to 10 business days, as advertised. Instead, it took four weeks to arrive. While communication during the delay was passable, the extended wait was unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the product itself was also a letdown. The power cord I received is defective, and for the price—which is the highest I’ve ever paid for a cord—I expected much better quality.

What’s worse is the return policy, which feels intentionally difficult. Now that I actually have the item, I can’t get a response from customer service at all.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating purchase. Between the broken promises on shipping, the defective product, and the radio silence from support, I can’t recommend this company.

I have ordered MANY MANY cables from them in three past. Given them as gifts and used them myself. Always had EXTRAORDINARY customer service.

BUT, something has happened in the last month.
I ordered 4 cables in June. Expected delivery was ALWAYS less than a week in all my previous orders. They charged my credit card.

Got a fake tracking number. Keeps saying my order was in process. Wrote customer service . Received an email back saying they would look into things - that was two weeks ago, and nothing further. I have sent two additional emails with no response. So disappointed in all this. And looking at other recent reviews I see others are experiencing the very same.

I ordered some cables on June 14th, 2025. It’s now July 7th and I still haven’t received them. I had emailed the company on June 25th to say I wanted to cancel my order, and the next day they finally sent a notification of shipping. It’s still “in transit”. Don’t order from this company, I don’t believe I will ever receive these cables. This company has turned into a scam. It’s sad because I had ordered these cables in the past and they were really great. Whoever is running this company now is a crook.

Took two months to receive the cables I payed for with and expected delivery of 7-10 days, fake tracking information given only got a response after I filed a dispute with PayPal. but they did send me daily emails offering to add items to my order.
Buy Anker I bought from them and had them delivered in 24hrs from order when I was waiting.

their support replaced my cable within 48 hours - good service!
