I had some trouble with a missing package from an April order, but Titan Power+ made it right and sent the items again. I received them in short order and couldn't be more pleased with their customer support and service. Shout out especially to Kennedy!

26 days & no sign of my delivery. Had to purchase a charging cable from Amazon as I couldn’t wait any longer. This “company” are just a bunch of scammers. No refund & AI generated customer service spouting nonsense, so no chance of a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Stay far far away from this company. It’s been over 2 months and never received an order. When I reached out to customer service after not receiving in like 10 days they said they would look into. Only then did a shipping label show it was printed. Waited the package went nowhere, then was supposedly stalled in customs. Constantly asked for my money to be refunded which they constantly denied. Had to dispute with PayPal which took several weeks in which was ultimately ruled in my favor. When disputing again another shipping label was created which has gone nowhere. Very fraudulent company

Great customer service
My titan charger failed after 2 years of use. One quick email and customer service jumped in to action and after providing proof of order and quick video of fault a new one was shipped out free of charge.
They kept me updated regularly and it has arrived safely.

I ordered 2 items waited over 14 days for it to even be shipped and one was missing I reached out and took them over another 14 days and several emails for something to be done. I purchased a new cable elsewhere as I could not wait and they ignored my email for a refund on the missing item. The worst service an absolute joke

Compagnie de clown, j’ai un problème avec un item que j’ai acheter le pro dock 4 in 1 et il ne fonctionne pas j’écris à la compagnie et j’écris et quelques mois plus quelqu’un me répond je suis le ceo de la compagnie et je vous offre un rabais?? Pour votre prochaine achat!!! Je lui écris de façon correcte pouvez vous répondre aux courriels que je vous écris car achat ne fonctionne pas aucune réponse. Je perd mon argent avec un item qui ne fonctionne pas 🤬👿🤡

Total nonsense company. I ordered 4 cables and then i am waiting and waiting. For the first 25 days nothing and then the first movement occurred. Now 10 days later the seem to have managed to get it onto a plane in China. God only knows how long it will take from now. Had to buy a new cable on the mean time. Customer services is total bull. The keep repeating that they will look into to it. Avoid them, used to be good but no longer. No reason for their existence

Slow shipping and terrible quality cable. Stopped working after 21 days.

I emailed all contact emails. Got a reply from one offering to replace the cable even though I stated I wanted a refund.

When I reiterated I wanted a refund as Anker was cheaper, better quality and faster delivery the stopped replying

Opened a case with PayPal and they didn’t even respond. PayPal decided in my favour due to no response from Titan.

Woeful experience. Avoid. Seems like they spend a lot on advertising a shoddy product.
