Stay away from this company at all cost. Customer service is horrible to work with. Nobody has any straightforward answers. They tell you to just keep waiting. Was told several times my order would update a few days, but it did not. USPS does not even show my order as a legitimate tracking number. The internal tracking system has been blank for over two weeks. When I finally got someone to respond over email. They reassured me my order had shipped, but their internal tracking said different. Do not order cables from this company.

To make this even better! This is my second order. The first order went the same exact way, but like a fool I placed another order thinking it was an issue with that singular order. Go with ANKER or chubby cables instead. Don’t waste your time on this joke of a company.

Ok whilst it's lasted but the lifetime warranty is null and void they ask for proof of purchase and photo of issues then nothing.

I've ordered from the company three times. 1st order wasn't bad, decent cables and chargers. 2nd order took so long to ship that I forgot I'd ordered it and bought it somewhere else. I did my 3rd order 10 days ago and it has yet to ship out. Decent product, nothing to scream about but the shipping delay is freaking insane.

Would give no stars if I could. Order took over a month for them to apparently package the cable. Then after sending 6 emails complaining over a two week period and only getting one reply. And now they are telling me it has been delivered but I still don’t have anything. What a complete waste of money and time.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this scam company, there is better options out there

I've been using Titan phone cords for a few years and love them! Recently, I had one come apart at the phone plug in. I contacted the company and they replaced the cord free of charge! Woo-hoo! Thank you!

Never received item and zero communication with customer service. Had to dispute with credit card company. Total BS company BEWARE!!!!!!!!

No goods and no explanation.
After three weeks from date of order there was no hint of shipping. One reply to my first email, then nothing for another week. No replies to further emails.

I placed an order for over $200 about 83 days ago. It took a month for them to confirm the order was ready for shipping. I have been messaging weekly and I only get cookie cutter responses saying it is on its way. 83 days of waiting and still haven’t received my item. Terrible communication that just outright lies to you. This company is a scam.

Really poor customer service. Placed an order on 28th June and chased up on 14th July, 19th July and again today for an update. Got an initial response to advise they would look into which was 6 days ago but nothing since. Considering their products are supposed to be good and a reputable company I can't comment.

My order haven't arrived in 3 months.
I left over 4 submission for help. I got one response to each mail, but no follow up. I paid over 100 usd

Ordered a cable 1 month ago. It is still not been sent. Never order here.

I ordered a wall charger and cable over a month ago. The wall charger arrived this week but the cable hasn't arrived yet. If you need to replace charging plugs/ cables, don't hold your breath for delivery. I can't review my purchases until I get the cable. I will not be ordering from Titan Power again.

I ordered a cable for my phone to replace the broken one amd come across this company, the cable seemed good so I ordered. After still not receiving it after 2 weeks I contacted them by email and was told that they would look into the order and get back to me. They never got back to me ! I then tried this method again over 3 weeks after ordering and again got the same generic email reply saying they would be in touch ! I gave up and started a claim through PayPal who instantly gave me a refund ! That told me this company is a scammer company ! What ever you do DO NOT ORDER anything from these scammers !!!

Do NOT buy from Titan. It's now been more than 2 months since I ordered, and they just keep saying that they can't give me a refund since it's "still in transit". (The shipping time promised on their website is 10 days.) But the shipping tracking doesn't even show that the package was ever picked up by USPS, and the USPS's own tracking system says that tracking # doesn't exist.

Don't fall for the slick marketing. They are happy to take your money instantly, but try getting your actual order or a straight answer out of them? Impossible. I’ve been waiting over a month. Their customer service on email and Messenger is a total joke of empty promises. Unfulfilled orders and zero communication.

Borderline fraud this lot. Still no goods after 40 days or refund. AVOID.

Now having try retrieve my money via PayPal
Used company before with no problems but this experience been shocking
