I have ordered multiple times from this company. My mistake. Each time the shipping is grossly underestimated. This time "customer service" cant even get a reply from shipping. I have started a dispute with my bank and will attempt to get my credit card reimbursed. Again, my mistake for thinking they might have improved.
However, this time takes the cake. Incompetence and lying are the way this company works.
Just received a message that the products were shipped, however when I log in to check tracking the site clearly shows that they have NOT been shipped. After a month. A MONTH of trying to just cancel the order and get my money back. "No, it's been more than 24hours so you cant be refunded." Seriously, it had not been shipped for at least 3.5 weeks. It could easily been cancelled.
You guys are horrid. Horrid.

This company billed me immediately when I placed the order. It's been over a month and the product (one simple phone cord) still not shipped. At the time of order, they never indicated the item was out of stock or on back order. They lie and deceive and state that it DID ship, when it obviously has not. I have several times requested order cancel and refund, but they are unresponsive. There is no customer service at all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do not purchase from this company. Absolutely useless. Customer support appalling and waiting for goods to arrive which haven’t even reached shipping yet, going in 16 days now and I’ve asked for reimbursement. Will never purchase from this company again.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS! THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE’S MONEY AND RUNNING OFF! DO NOT TRUST KENNEDY KRAMER (THAT’S NOT EVEN THEIR REAL NAME, THIS COMPANY IS BASED IN CHINA) THIS FAKE INDIVIDUAL WILL CLAIM THEY ARE CONTACTING THEIR “SHIPPING DEPARTMENT AND DISAPPEAR”! PAYPAL HAD TO STEP IN AFTER THESE SCUMBAGS REFUSED TO EVEN RESPOND TO MY REFUND REQUESTS AFTER MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS! THEY ARE PROBABLY GOING UNDER AND WANT TO ROB AS MANY CUSTOMERS AS THEY CAN BEFORE CLOSURE.

Took my payment and heard nothing for several days. Sent them (several) messages on their website asking the whereabouts of my order and received absolutely ZERO responses! Finally messaged them on Facebook and received a reply that my items were not in stock! I have asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded!
Not holding my breath! Beware of these scammers!

Update 8 May 2026. I was messaged on Facebook saying that my items would be shipped in a day. BUT!!! They also asked me to remove/edit my review on here!!!
Would never ever trust this company as they are a bunch of scammers who only shipped my items because I chased them for weeks!!! There was no action or response to my several times contacting them, UNTIL I posted this review!
As I said, BEWARE of this unscrupulous company!!!

Bought multiple cables a while ago was happy for the price and got family members attention to it who also purchased. I paid $13 I get a marketing email recently cheapest ever bla bla bla up to 80% off rubbish they wanted €22 plus shipping for 1 x cable HA goodluck WONT BE BACK. Unsubscribing from emails. Everything is always a not so good offer.

Excellent quality cables and very good customer service. I recommend.

Finally received package. Plan on ZERO shipping information. Product seems ok but time will tell. They could save themselves a lot of headaches if they used a trackable shipping option.

The person I spoke to when I had a question, I think her name was Kennedy, was actually helpful, not just copy-paste responses. Sorted everything in one go. Cable's been fine too, no complaints.

This reviews on the company as I have not received anything from this company that I ordered and it’s been over 30 days. All I have gotten is robots or AI responses fake tracking numbers and nothing else. I have gotten false promises that led to nothing do not waste your money or your time with this company. Go elsewhere to get the same product. These are coming from China somewhere who knows but they’re definitely not quality items nor quality company.

Like others, I've ordered products from this company and they've been stellar products. Something has happened to this company in a bad way. I ordered on Mar 12 and here we sit at Apr 10 and I just got a notification it was shipped. The tracking however is not standard and has absolutely 0 info other than ads to buy more stuff. I am scared to see what happens if I have a defective product. These are expensive products and it is unacceptable to be this bad at being a company. Someone tell them. Lol

Bad customer service literally sent emails to cancel right after order, they just let the the order ship and make you pay to send it back.

The problem was eventually solved, but it several emails and with prove of postage to change the items. But when they got their act in gear. Service was excellent and back to normal. The item bought are as usual are of an excellent quantity.
Customer care answered the Email promptly if not at first trying to prove they arrived at their return UK Address. I will still recommend this company due to their quality of items sold.

Beware before you spend your money here.

I placed and paid for an order two weeks ago and despite the item being in-stock at the time of order, two follow-up emails and three messages to them across their various social media accounts, I’ve not received my item or any updates on its arrival since.

Reading other reviews of Titan Power Plus, the lack of updates or replies regarding paid orders seems common, so I’d advise others to shop elsewhere unless you want to risk paying your money but receiving nothing.

Everything delivered as described, got some freebies as a nice bonus, and contact with the company was fast and efficient.

Ordered these cords on 2/14. it is now 3/19 and they stopped responding to emails on 3/9

Horrible company ordered over a month ago still have not received product. Contacted company they respond intermittently, sent me two tracking number for my order and both were invalid. Called credit card company and having charges reversed. Stay far away from this company

Titan smart cables USB x 2 - absolute rubbish product with both failing (input bit snapping) within one month after purchasing in July 2025. Had high hopes for these but let down badly.

I guess I should have known better than to order from Titan again after the last time. Product is pretty good, but don’t expect it to arrive in a timely manner. Their email said “5-10 working days” … nah! Not really! Been over 12 working days and still not even a notice that the product has shipped!

Their customer service replied to my query in one day stating “ We have inquired about the status of your package with our shipping team and they will soon update us in this concern.”. I am still waiting… just like I had to do the last time I ordered from them. I do not recommend buying from them if your need is urgent… one could grow old and die before a shipment shows up!
