Cords are great when they arrive.
Mine did not. For the second time.
Absolutely no reply to any of my reaching out to Titan Power +. But plenty of marketing emails in the mean time.

I would give zero stars if the platform allowed.
Their customer service responses take multiple emails and WEEKS to reply - despite their claim to answer inquiries in 2 days
They shipped my items 5 weeks later than promised and only after several inquiries.
The main item, wireless charging phone holder was clearly missing a threaded collar that secures the phone holder to the charger - even after sending a pic of the incomplete product, I was told no parts were missing.
Now they are ghosting me.
These guys are a joke.

Na twee jaar was oplaadkabel kapot gegaan. Na mailcontact en het opsturen van een filmpje een nieuwe kabel toegezonden gekregen. Het duurde wel bijna 2 maanden maar dat had ook met de reistijd te maken. Top service dus

I have two of these so called guaranteed for life leads, both have been replaced once already within 3 months , no apparent damage they look like new and have not been used to any extreme only light use on my desk.
Titans words not mine-“ Our technological experts are constantly breaking the boundaries of fast charging, whilst creating highly durable products that will last a lifetime”.

They have refused to replace either lead again- so much for a “life time” warranty, their communication and dispatch times are absolutely appalling I would avoid if you are considering purchasing one of these expensive leads and instead purchase a juice lead - at least they honour their warranty even if it is only for a year

Ik heb 1 december 2025 een bestelling gedaan, maar nooit iets ontvangen. In januari contact opgenomen met Titan en kreeg toen bericht dat het volgens hun info was geleverd door post.nl op 29 december. Post.nl zegt dat het pakketje weer teruggestuurd is naar de afzender. Weer een mail naar Titan gestuurd, maar krijg geen reactie meer. Heb nu de afgelopen 3 weken 4 mails gestuurd met de vraag waarom ik geen contact meer krijg. Geen reactie. Waardeloos bedrijf, heb hier voor €75,- een bestelling gedaan, maar nooit iets ontvangen.

Horrible charging cables they died BOTH within 3/4 months never buying from them again scammers probably just cheap trash

Company is a sham. Ordered on Jan 21, it's now Feb 6th and haven't even got a tracking number yet. No idea whether the package or this company is even real. Buyer beware!!!!

Yes these cables are not good. one broke in two weeks, the next broke in two months, and the third broke after two years. Their customer service was good and they sent me a new one but I can't find where I keep asking for them again.
2/10 would not recommend.

They don't respond to Refund Requests.
It should be apparent when their "refund policy" page is like 10 fonts smaller than normal font.. (tactics of a scammer)

Ordered two cables on 6th of January, it's now the 29th and nothing but a dodgy email claiming the item has been shipped - yet tracking link in email shows nothing.

I commented on one of their facebook posts about lack of delivery, and they deleted the comment. They sent me a private message asking for my order number so they could check into it. When I provided the order number on Saturday they took until Tuesday to respond, saying they would check into it and to give them one day. It's now coming up on two days with no further response.

I think this company advertises like crazy to get people to spend money, but they either don't have the product available to fulfil their orders at best, or at worst are just pure scammers.

Jeg lavede to ordre. Den ene modtog jeg aldrig og den anden var Ear plugs. De Ear plugs er de dårligste jeg nogensinde har prøvet. Jeg ved ikke om mine er defekte men lyden er forfærdelig! - virker som meget dårlig og billig kvalitet til prisen! 😭
Support er umulig at komme i kontakt med. Jeg har forsøgt i halvanden måned uden noget svar fra dem. Jeg er vildt utilfreds og vil gerne have refunderet mine penge.

It has taken almost a month to receive this item. It has been 21 days, and still no delivery. I emailed the company and they responded 1) the tracking number provided does not update until it's delivered and 2) give it up to 10 days to be delivered. It's past that if they were talking from the date ordered, and even more ridiculous if they meant an additional 10 days. Their customer service is terrible. DO NOT ORDER

I received my order but they sent wrong items , I had been trying to contacting them last 3 weeks but they have automated message says “ Hey there!

Completely unreliable company , my step complaint to small business bureau

Chargers don’t work on iPhone!!! Spent about £100 and every email I have sent to resolve this has been ignored. Tried to sort via Klarna and they told Klarna they would sort yet I’ve heard nothing from them. LIARS!!!!! So I am now out of pocket!! AVOID!!!

Their lifetime warranty states on their own website is utter rubbish!
They have replied back to me twice stating only 24months despite me sending them a screenshot of their own website T&C's stating a lifetime!

No response from titan since I asked for complaint policy.

I previously used this company and wanted a few extra items. So I ordered again. This time was a terrible experience. No reply from CA for over 10days. Items not shipped... Terrible. I would say avoid this company going forward

This Company is a Scam. Never received my order, I emailed over 7 times and sent many texts with No answers. Their website says they will respond in 12-24 hours. They also said you can track your order with the order number. I went to their website again, put in order number and all it says is that the order was placed, but never shipped.
BUYER BEWARE, You can buy quality cables from Chubby Cable. They will send product and will answer your emails.

⁸What a poor excuse for a company. When i purchased my phone cables the company was so sure of their product that they gave a LIFETIME GUARANTEE , and thats what incentified me to buy their product.. When i made a claim i was told , " We only Guarantee our Cables for 2 yrs" .. Shonky company,their warranty should reflect from when i purchased , not when they realised their products were NOT premium quality and was just as poor as every other manufacturer.. Poor Form
