De kabels op zich zijn wat je verwacht van een laadkabel, alleszins niet sneller dan een andere. Dat moet je je niet laten wijsmaken.
Ik heb een kabel van 9 maanden die niet meer werkt op meerdere toestellen, voor mij ligt dit aan de kabel.
Na verschillende pogingen per mail, geen antwoord van de klantenservice.

Dit was mijn laatste bestelling, voor die prijs is er weinig meerwaarde.

Ik waardeer een bedrijf op zijn service, zolang het goed gaat, is elk bedrijf een topper…

Ordered cables for new Iphone and they supplied cables with lightning connector not USBc.
Contacted them and was given the option to return for exchange. Sent the cables back three weeks ago and were delivered but heard nothing.
They used to be better before, but the service is appalling. Avoid at all cost

Titan cables are the only cables I use now. Very durable . Great quality ,tho they are a bit expensive, they are worth every penny. You get what you pay for. For me they are the best.

This company is awful to deal with! They advertised a deal of buy 2 get 1 free & only 2 turned up! I contacted them & they just keep telling me I only ordered 2 & that they have discounted them down from £50 to £25 (who in their right mind would spend £25 on a usb cable?) They are awful to deal with and original delivery took around 1 month to arrive! Take your money elsewhere & give this company nothing!

This company is terrible avoid at all cost. After paying a ridiculously high price for what I hoped would be a high quality cable that would last longer than the regular crappy ones, instead I’ve been ripped off and NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I have attempted to contact their customer services but you just get an automated response back. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order at the end of October for 5 cables. I’d done business with them before and the cables were decent quality. As I’ve come to learn though their customer service is paltry. After three weeks of not so much as an order summary I reached back out. They sent me an email letting me know the cables would ship, but I was sent out dated 8-pin chargers that are incompatible with any modern phone. In their ads it clearly states “hassle free returns.” What they neglect to tell you is that you have to return the items to the United Kingdom. UPS shipping for that would run roughly 140$. The other option was to keep them “to give as a gift” (to whom exactly?!?) and they would give me 40% off my next order. This is not a hassle free return, nor is it “customer service.” This proposed resolution has cost them my business forever forward and I warn you from making my mistake.

Let me start by saying, I loved my previous Titan Power cords for recharging our phones/ iPads.
HOWEVER, I ordered three more charging cords from them in October 2025. It is now almost four weeks and no power cords and no response to my email(s) regarding their delivery. They say they respond within 12-24 hours. It has been a few weeks since my initial email and I’ve yet to have a response. I finally received an email (not a response to my email question) stating the order was now “ready”. That was a week ago. The USPS tracking number sent with the “ready” email is not recognized by the USPS and there have been not additional updates. No contact phone numbers are available. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I would give a minus if I could. On numerous occasions I have emailed customer service and have no response at all. I purchased a cable and when it arrived it was for a old I phone and I wanted a usb cable

I’ve placed several orders though the most recent was June 2023. On that order for about $187 I received 15 cables. No noticeable defects but the rub I’ve experienced is that of all the cords I’ve ordered my family of 4 is down to 2 working ones. None lost, LED lights always work but through normal bending and not being careful with how iPads and iPhones are bending the cord each lasted about 6 months with my wife, 3 yr old and 8yr old using. This is better than inexpensive Amazon cords by about 2 months. That being said the durability is not “indestructible”, there is no warranty after 2 years. With the claimed quality and price paid I’d expect the cords to last 2-3 years with normal/heavy use vs 6 months.

I did reach out to customer service a few days ago and they were very prompt, professional and empathetic, but ultimately the warranty which many don’t look at assuming it’s lifetime from the consumer facing claims of indestructible it is only 2 years due to manufacturer defect (read the fine print). Customer service was polite and prompt, but I was unable to receive any replacements from the 15 cords purchased for a family of 4 in June 2023.

As I type this review on my phone I am trying to fix the bend on one of my last 2 cords to try to get it to charge (led light still working and is a great feature to see if an airplane seat dock is working).

Company was very quick and understanding with a refund after a mistaken purchase, great customer service, quality products.

Not a good company to deal with, poor communication order a week ago website states they ship order out in 1 - 2 working days, contacted them Monday but they didn’t even attempt to give me an update just said they’d contact shipping team but heard nothing no further reply to my emails…,I fear they are a scam…avoid…will be contacting my bank.

Ordered and paid for a cable 3 weeks ago, no shipping so contacted the company item now shows ready for dispatch with no further info. Really poor response response re “Set my expectations” regarding their shipping terms. Save your time and money, do not buy through this company.

A solid cable and a great warrantee.

I even had a cable give out on me, contacted customer services on FB messenger, Pinks replied and got me a fresh new cable.

I have purchased several quality products from Titan, to their word when I had an issue with a cable after three years of use I have had new cables dispatched to under their replacement guarantee on products.. outstanding products and customer service like no other thanks..
