Purchased a cable that stopped working. They promote a lifetime warranty and 24/7 online support. I reached out over a month ago and have not had the 1st return communication from them. Do not purchase from the company, fill with false advertising. No phone number to contact them. Promote 24/7 online support yet there is no link or page to access the support other than an generic email address and contact us page that no one responds to.

Very long delivery times. I could not use the product, but did not get any satisfying solution.

I bought 2 of the 4 in 1 cables around 2 months ago, within a day one broke and the other broke a week after that.. I used google lens to search up a similar cable and low and behold found the EXACT same cable on alibaba for $7 (I bought one just to compare and its identical)

What a shame. Looks like they have gone cheap. Brought everything from these 4 cables, blue tooth device for the car, bogof with the wireless ear buds in which I got an foc wireless phone charger. Got two of the travel plugs. All have been brilliant but finally after a few years the cable on my long 3mtr lead has broke. I have contacted them because the cables had a LIFETIME WARRANTY they did e mail me back and tasked me with doing a video. I suppose most people at this point give up. Sent video response nothing back yet. However in the mean time I spent more money order bogof (that’s buy one get one free) on c type cable to lightening. It looks like they have changed manufacturer. The cable tie used to be rubber and now just Velcro material. And on the plug has a name looks like mcdodo. Which the old cables had nothing. Guess what these two cables are useless. The green light on the plug which is a great feature, when plugged in is dimmer than the other side. Again something on my old plugs the brightness either side is the same. Faulty? Shame because all my other stuff works great still. What a shame titan power. You can gain success but it is easy to loose it twice as quick. Especially in this day and age. How many orders will you loose from this review. It’s no good putting fake reviews on trust pilot. People who use it can spot it a mile away. So good luck. If you reply to me to sort out your faulty products. And also honor your lifetime warranty I will jump back on here and post an update. We will see. But for advice on if to purchase from this company now, it would have to be a no from me.

Ordered some Charging Cables. The Cables had the ussual problem that they break at the end. Not very strong and high quality as advertised. Then my credit card information got stolen and used for iphone cards. Got my money back from the bank. Do not recommend!!!

I have contacted company on 3 different occasions to try and discus the 'lifelong' warranty without success.
All 3 of the cords I ordered have broken at the same spot. No better than any other cord on the market and customer service is non existent.
Seems funny that all the 5 star reviews here are posted on the same dates with the same theme...

Having used Titan Power Plus a few years ago, I decided to order a couple of extra cables just before last Christmas. Unfortunately, I ordered incorrect cables and despite initial good service from Titan’s customer support team, they’ve now gone very ‘q’ and I’ve not heard from them for nearly a week - oh, and I won’t be using them again.

Order with caution…

Titan Power’s customer service is simply top-notch. They kept me updated every step of the way when my replacement was shipped. Fast, friendly, and efficient—everything you want in customer support!

It's been 2 weeks finally I get a tracking number and it's coming from China.
I have no idea what I'm going to get it. I would never order this again from this company
I only received half my order and it took almost a month.
I'm trying to get the rest of my order but they won't even answer my email.
DO NOT BUY !!!

I've ordered cables from Titan Power Plus for a few years, and always been happy, until now. I placed an order with them on 22 December, with promised delivery in 5-10 working days. When they had not even shipped within ten working days, I sent an email (the only means of contact), but they have failed to respond.

Looking at their social media presence, while they advertise on Facebook, they haven't posted anything since June, when they had been posting almost daily. Similarly, they haven't posted to instagram since 1 July. While the company may not be defunct, they certainly are no longer the company I began doing business with.

Update: It's February 4, and Titan Power Plus still hasn't responded to my emails. I notice that there have been a number of oddly identical 5 star review here recently, though, so apparently someone is working to obtain your money.

I ordered a wireless 3 in 1 power dock. I’ve had my phone wirelessly charging for about an hour and it’s gone up a full 3%.. do not buy. The item looks good but for the price it just doesn’t do what is says, not to mention I ordered at the end of November and it took like 3 weeks to even ship the bloody thing.

Dont waste ur money. i got my first cables yeears ago and was very impress. Fast turn around all good. Now its been 3 weeks just to have it mark as shipped from China. Not ever sure on quality but since tech move on so much i probably will get the same or better on amazon. Now all I can do is awair inicial delivery but thats last time i ever deal with those cowboys!!!!!

Site is a scam. They advertise 24/7 support but do not actually offer it. I have emailed them multiple times about the order i placed a month ago and they just say everything is good even though i have not got any tracking info or any updates. I am going to report the transaction as fraud with my bank since i am unable to contact them

Well, I ordered on 29 November and finally, today, I received a parcel. Unfortunately, only my android cables turned up, not the 4 x iPhone cables I ordered as well. Also, the cables I received are 1.2m, not the 1.8m I ordered. I'm waiting for a response from Titan.

Ordered my stuff Dec 1 and they took 11 days to even package the item. Now it's lost in some b.s. shipping code that is just enough to screw a refund from Paypal and gives me zero updates.
Still don't have them and their 10-15 business day service is a lie. Utter fail.

Dreadful experience- ordered 16 Nov now the 19 Dec and still no delivery ! They just say the parcel is on its way!
Not recommended.

Wish I had checked here earlier. All one star reviews are true. No customer service. No delivery one month later

made a purchased on 5th December, and up till today order has not been shipped, emailed the support team on my order enquiry, they told me they have forwarded to their shipping team to check on the status and until today i have not received anything from the support team, no response even after sending reminder as well, such a big disappointment, never again will i purchase from titan anymore.
