Sunpass is a total scam
Sunpass is a total scam. They charge a reasonable charge for the toll then add on 250% in administrative charges. Total fraud and rip off !! I will go out of my way to avoid tolls in Florida rather than deal with Sunpass again.

This company is trash
This company is trash. Their device only works sometimes so expect to get additional invoices in the mail each month. Their customer service is the worst. You will wait over 2 hours to get to speak to someone. There is no getting through to a supervisor. If you contact them online they will give you nothing but lies and premade answers to questions. Dont waste your time on this company.

$8 for less than a mile!!?
$8 for less than a mile!!?? Their billing procedures are disconcerting; your bills (for the same day) are received out of order so you risk being late, It is impossible to reach anyone, and there is nothing you can do about it. They have earned '0' stars, and I will do what I can to avoid using toll roads, which I hear is what most people do.

Worst website EVER! Couldn't log in after I created an account. Keeps saying "unable to verify the data you entered" when I saved my login info. Created 3 accounts and same result every time. HORRIBLE!

Biggest Scam on Earth
Biggest scam on earth, but with coverage from government. Horrible. Every year they start charging statement fees, even if statements are NOT requested. Somebody should call the police or file a lawsuit against them because this is just stealing money from customers and this are millions of US dollar.

Who gets to put their website down for…
Who gets to put their website down for millions of users; public users and the fees are mandatory. People should be fired for the inconvenience caused when this utility goes down. No excuses. Refund us our monies when we can't even manage our accounts. I need to get records for reimbursement of expenses and this outfit cannot be bothered to have functional website for weeks. Seriously, government out of control!!!
