the most that I loved was the service. They are very punctual when it comes to delivering and picking up equipment. I rented one for my husband and in the 8 days I had no problems with the stroller. the battery does not drain. I recommend them 100%

Great service! Dropped off and picked up at my resort. We did have to be there in person to pick up and drop off. So I timed it right for my flights. The EVC was clean and ran great. We will definitely use again.

This was a lifesaver and so much cheaper than renting from the parks. At the parks as well you have to return them at the end of the day and that's a long walk with kids back to the bus for the hotels.

Great communication! Was contacted to confirm my drop off time, and was able to delay the drop off as we were a little behind on our arrival. Also had the same great communication to remind me of the pickup time, really appreciated this, since you are busy packing and could easily forget. The stroller was exactly what we ordered and in great condition, no problems. Would recommend and plan to use them again.

Love the fact that this company made everything so convenient for us. We picked it up at our resort office and drop it off in the same spot. So grateful for this company the stroller was clean and big. The only thing is I wasn't thinking to get an front and back stroller it was hard to get the double side by side stroller in the stores.
