Stroller Orlando Recenzje 

My neice and I rented a stroller Tuesday, when we went to the bell stand to pick up the stroller. It was in very poor condition, dirty and a piece on the canopy is broken. We notified them as soon as we got the stroller that evening. We asked that they come out to replace it. The next morning at 7 AM. We had park reservations and had to leave early. The person who responded to the text, was argumentative rude and completely refused to deliver by 7am. He offered her 7:15 and she said that was inconvenient but agreed to that time. He then responded several minutes later. If that's what she wanted to do when she already said in the text to be there at 7:15. No one ever showed up the following morning.We never got a replacement and we've been dealing with a busted dirty worn out stroller for several days now!!! This is absolutely 💯 unacceptable customer service and we would like a refund of at least 1/2 the cost for our inconvenience and trouble. We ended up cleaning and disinfecting the stroller the best we could. But it's stained and worn out with broken parts as stated above.

Strollerfy made it easy and was much cheaper than some alternatives. Renting from each park (they cannot leave the park) would've been much less inconvenient, more time spent, less comfortable for the kids, and more money.
I was a little sketched out once I figured out you could only communicate with them through WhatsApp (and a few other similar type apps), but it wasn't an issue. They responded quickly and were helpful. They texted ahead of the drop off and pickup. Arthur did the drop off and was friendly and gave some helpful, brief instructions on folding it down, locking the wheels...
Our flight had mechanical issues on the way down and were delayed by almost 2 hours. I let them know through the chat and they adjusted our pickup without an extra fee.
The stroller itself was great and clean. The cover over the 2 seats (we had a double) was big and gave the kids a ton of shade everywhere we went.
We plan to use them again next time!

I´ve rented a stroller and had an excellent experience with the company. When I arrived at the hotel, the stroller was already there and I needed to extend the rental deadline and everything was resolved by email. It helped us a lot. Congratulations to the company.

Used the services for a recent trip to Disney World. The communication before arrival and drop off was great. As was it when leaving.

The price was also very reasonable.

I recommend this company hands down. I rented a 3 wheeled electric scooter from them for a recent Disney vacation. They delivered on time so we could get to the park early, and the battery had more than enough charge. My deposit went back to my bank in a very reasonable amount of time.

We recently rented from Strollerfly to take our four-year-old granddaughter to Disney World. We were hesitant at first because she hasn’t been in a stroller in a long time and as soon as she saw it she fell in love with it and did not want to get out of it the four days we had it. The drop off and delivery were so simple no problems at all the stroller was very clean worked very well I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a stroller especially for the theme parks.
