On time and flexible with pick up and drop off times. Very easy and great communication via text. I had no issues with this company. Would recommend to anyone.

Easy to rent. Dropped everything off at our hotel and picked everything up with ease. Made our trip so easy.

We are very happy with the service and price.
We received ours early in the morning even though we requested for 5pm.
The stroller was perfect size for our grandson (6 years).
The best thing, it was very easy to collapse and maneuver between people. It has like shocks that makes the little boy confortable.

I would give zero stars but can’t. I rented from strollerorlando.com for our Disney World visit in April. I rented a double stroller and everything seemed fine until we got to the Magic Kingdom parking lot on our last day and the stroller wouldn’t stay open. There was something wrong with a locking mechanism making the stroller impossible to use. Strollerorlando.com doesn’t have a phone number you can call for emergencies so we had to send a text and an email and hope someone would get back to us. Long story short: horrible communication, tons of wasted time waiting for responses (like 20 minutes to and hour between responses even though they knew we were in a bind), they had no backup stroller to offer, they said they would reimburse us for a park rental and then never did, AND they have since completely stopped responding to our attempts to contact them for some sort of reconciliation. Absolutely DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They will give you trashed items and then completely ghost you!!

I used a scooter from Stoller Orlando and would definitely use him again next time. The scooter ran perfect and he was patient and very understanding when I notified him of our delayed arrival due to traffic issues. He was responsive to messages as well. I received a coupon from Disney after I paid for the scooter. Kind of disappointed it came 2 weeks before the trip, but it worked out perfectly. Thanks!

Fast drop off and pick up. Great communication and the double stroller was great for my 8 month old and 5 year old.

Stroller was big and very helpful at our Disney vacation . Had a cup holder and little pocket for phone or anything small. I would be renting again for future visits

Renting from Stroller Orlando was a breeze from start to finish. The stroller was clean, pricing was fantastic, and we were able to pick it up and drop it off right at our hotel. The best stroller rental experience we’ve had. If you have little ones, I highly recommend renting a stroller from here; kiddos get worn out easily, especially in the hot Florida sun.

Excellent service! I ordered a stroller for my twin boys, they dropped off the stroller a day early which made my life even more easier. They have a number you can text if you need a quick response. They are on time, respectful, and the product comes amazing! Also, the prices are very reasonable. 10/10 Recommend!

They delivered the stroller to our resort. It was in good condition and was perfect for our week in orlando. They came back to the resort and picked it up when our week was completed.

This scooter was a life saver! My second day here I got two large blisters on my feet and couldn't bear to walk on them all day long. I was able to secure this rental for the remainder of my trip! They had availability without securing it months in advance! Qould definitely recommend and next time I will just nook with them from the beginning!
