Everything went better than I could have imagined
Everything went better than I could have hoped for, from booking to the return of the equipment. The scooter was waiting at the hotel when we arrived. It was clean, folded down easy, was easy to transport, and worked fantastic. I would definitely use Cloud of Goods again when traveling and in need of durable medical equipment. It made the trip very enjoyable for my 85 year old father.

The easiest thing i ever rented
The easiest thing i ever rented. It was delivered on time and picked up. The cruise ship was the hard part. Cloud Goods was great. Friendly, easy to work with and on time. I would give them a 10 stars if it would let me. We will be using this company again and again. Thank you for great services.

XS Ride Mobility Equipment Fulfilled my COG order for a wheelchair at the last minute. They reached out to help me, and corrected my booking error, and I had the chair I needed within the hour. Great job!!! Cloud of Goods reached out the next day to ensure everything was good/settled. I was worried about using this service, but it worked out great.

This company uses AI-generated videos and images in all its advertising and all over its website so you won't know what you are going to get. I have rented from other companies on trips in the past and I am able to see exactly what I am going to get. I wanted to get a scooter for my family member on a trip but I do not trust companies that use AI to sell a product, ESPECIALLY one that involves medical goods for loved ones. Their responses on here also sound AI-generated. Do NOT trust what you see from them.

Filthy stroller and poor communication
The stroller was filthy when it was delivered to us, as well as in generally poor condition. It was also delivered nearly 3 hours after the delivery window had passed. I tried to contact customer service and was given the runaround and a lot of attitude from the local provider. I spent days going back and forth with the provider and customer service. They initially offered me 25% off, but eventually conceded to a full refund. The biggest issue aside from the dirty stroller was poor communication from the local partner. I understand that mistakes happen, but if they had been more communicative, we could have resolved the issue sooner. I am thankful that I got the full refund, but frustrated that I had to fight so hard to be heard. I would not recommend this company.

Our experience with Cloud of Goods in South Lake Tahoe was perfect. They notified us by email when the scooter was delivered to our hotel, and so it was waiting for us when we arrived. The scooter itself was terrific, fully charged and in excellent condition, and it handled my husband’s 225 lbs with no problem at all. They included the charging cord, which we never actually had to use. The scooter had a convenient front basket. I looked up on YouTube how to break down the scooter for loading in the back of our car, and we took it with us around town. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to use their services again. Highly recommend!

Almost a 5-star experience
Overall, Cloud of Goods' service is good. The mobile scooter was fully charged and in good working order. It was delivered to the cruise port a couple hours before our scheduled embarkation time.
There were a couple things that kept it from being 5-star. First - the instructions we got when making the reservation said someone would call us the day before to confirm our embarkation time. That didn't happen. I ended up calling them late in the afternoon the day before our cruise to confirm.
Second, the scooter was dropped off at the handicap drop-off location. That may be fine for most people, but we valet parked and the scooter was at the other end of the terminal. I had to walk to get it then drive it through crowds of people the entire length of the terminal to get it to my Dad.
Third, I ordered the canopy for port days and I wish I hadn't. It was HUGE! We could barely maneuver the scooter through the crowds and into the elevator with it attached. This wasn't the company's fault, per se, but a smaller canopy would have been nice.
Last note - We got this for a Margaritaville Islander cruise. The scooter fit through the cabin door, but with a LOT of effort. We, along with everyone else, parked it in the hall. Luckily, it didn't need to be charged at all during our cruise.

Wish I had known of the service before
Wish I had known of the service before. I can walk short distances but at conferences and resorts I can normally not walk the long distances from my room to the conference center. My scooter was delivered before I arrived and was successfully picked up after I left. It was perfect it worked well I would recommend it to anyone.

Overseas traveling with 80+
For our overseas travel to the Seattle area from Europe, I got in contact with Cloud of Goods. We rented 2 lightweight scooters. They were the perfect solution for my parents to get around. They were even able to join the younger generation on walks. The lightweight scooters are really easy to handle and they last easily a full day (normal use).
The delivery and pickup service was well organized, as were the changes made to the order.

First experience renting a mobility scooter from Cloud of Goods
I rented a mobility scooter from Cloud of Goods Cleveland for an annual 3-day convention. This was my first time renting a unit like this, so I was hesitant, but it went off without a hitch. The online booking process was simple. There was good communication between me and the local representative that contacted me. The scooter was delivered to my hotel prior to the start of the convention, as promised. The equipment was used, but in good condition. The instructions on its use were easy to read. After returning the scooter to the same hotel area where we picked it up, I received quick confirmation later in the day of its return in good condition. I'd happily do business with Cloud of Goods again.
