We loved renting from here
We loved renting from here. It was so easy didn’t think about mobility with my elderly mom when we left, but it was a relief to find something was available at our vacation spot. I will use them again for sure. Everyone was communicative and the process was seamless.

The equipment was in great condition and delivered on time. My mom was able to fully enjoy my son's wedding because she was able to move about with ease.

Easy to Deal Wy
Cloud of Goods had the equipment I wanted, delivered and set it up efficiently, extended the rental period several times with no hassle, and promptly picked up the equipment when I no longer needed it. Everyone I dealt with there was polite and competent.

They made it possible for my Dad to enjoy his Chicago visit!
Without their service, my dad would not have been able to enjoy his visit to Chicago. They have outstanding service and competitive pricing. The reservation was simple to secure and I received a rapid confirmation response. I had a couple of special requests that I wasn't sure were possible, but they made sure I had everything I needed. Excellent company! Quick replies when I had questions and managed to have a wheelchair delivered to our hotel in Barcelona before we even got off our cruise ship so it was there for my mum who broke her ankle and couldn’t weight bear, an absolute god send, thank you so much

My rental experience went smoothly
My rental experience went smoothly. The scooter was delivered and waiting at our hotel upon arrival; and the company reached out to me by e-mail letting me know that they had picked up the scooter as well. The scooter was nice and in great condition and was a must-have for my sister with her mobility issues.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Our first time renting a scooter - my FIL who is 82 greatly enjoyed it. They stayed in constant contact before and after the cruise to make sure of delivery and pickup. It was a great experience.

Last minute need in Dublin
Last minute need in Dublin. Saved our trip. Mom was able to join in most activities. David and the team were quick to meet our need and sent inquiries during our rental to ensure we were fine. The wheelchair was lightweight and regular size. It was delivered to and retrieved from hotel reception. Thank you so much. Highly recommend even if not sure you need. We toured around Ireland and so glad we had it for the week.

Perfect rental experience from Cloud…
I have rented a hospital bed from Cloud of Goods twice. Both times my experience was excellent. Speedy delivery and set up, easy communication, comfortable bed. Both rentals much longer than a month and beds remained in perfect working order.
Marcus was extremely accommodating and understanding when I had to change my delivery and pickup dates more than once.

Cali Reunion Trip
I’m very surprised to see bad reviews. Our experience was 10/10. From time of booking until returned, the company was very responsive. Just returned from a family reunion trip with my disabled father. Our rental cancelled last minute, so our drop-off and pick-up location changed. This company was very accommodating and had no issues with the change which was a relief. I received a courtesy text from both the person dropping off and person picking up. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Thank-you Cloud of Goods for helping us make this trip memorable with our father.
