Love the options available- heart rate, bp, etc but a little trouble figuring out some settings, that’s prob due to age. Just put a Halloween face on it. Love it!!

Be patient
It took a long time to get the smart pulse watches. I ordered three but once we got them and got them set up, we really do enjoy it.

I have a hard time understanding things. I can check my blood pressure, oxygen, and heart rate, but can’t figure anything else. And my dog seriously chewed up the paper that came with it

We recommend using the watch consistently at the same time of day and in a relaxed position for more stable results. And of course, always follow your doctor’s guidance for clinical measurements.
The device works really well
The device works really well, does everything much more expensive devices do and doesn't require any ongoing subscriptions. It interfaces well with DaFit software. I do have some difficulty using the wristband - it's difficult to push the end of the strap through the wristband holders.

I don't think you give good directions…
I don't think you give good directions to get the full use of the watch, Can't figure out how to use for instance the sleep button. When I press on it when going to bed nothing happens no data. I've gone thru the booklet several times and really no clear directions for someone like me who is 85 !!. I get my blood pressure and heart rate and thats about it.
