I'm pleased how it keeps track of heart rate,stres level, oxygen, steps, and sleep. BP, not so much. Accuracy doesn't match even close to my readings on my cuff readings.

Fraud
This company never shipped the watches I ordered, then claimed they had been delivered. They will not respond to attempts at communication, and have now blocked my email.
They finally responded to me when I left reviews in various places. Said they would look into it, but then they blocked my email. That was a week ago. Now they are here, saying the same thing. They have all of my information. They have no inclination to do the right thing
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I checked your order and according to the carrier it was delivered on August 21st at 11:26 am to a parcel locker in Bel Air, MD. Sometimes delivery companies leave the package in a locker or community mailbox and send an access code via email or SMS.
We definitely want to make sure you get your watches. Could you please send us a direct message with your order number and email so we can verify this together and, if needed, arrange a replacement?

Happy with purchase
The watch is for my husband who has heart issues and blood pressure issues and therefore we ordered the watch so that he would have his results wherever we were. His blood pressure reading was identical to the home health nurse when she was here.

Love but still need help

I rec'd an email from you and I followed all the instructions. Unfortunately two credit cards prompted a fraud alert and banks won't accept either one. Please refund my money so I can return this watch to you.

A Good Buy
The watch arrived in a timely fashion. It was fairly easy for me to get the basic functions working. I'm sure the watch does things I'm not aware of yet. I love the accuracy of the blood pressure, heart rate, and O2! The home health nurse was quite surprised that a watch could do that so well. I wish the step count was more accurate; that's the only negative I've encountered. I'm glad I chose this watch.

Delivery was much later than expected…
Delivery was much later than expected so I was worried it was a scam as I watched the progress toward my address. But it got here! It is a bit large for my skinny arm but the watch portion is brilliant. I can change the look of the face week to week. I don't seem to be able to connect it to my Chrome book so far, so am using an old cell phone. I haven't used many of the functions yet but I hope to be able to follow bp and heart rate more closely with it on.
